Very very disappointed in this company. A couple of times made an appointment not only didn't show up but also no phone call. I'm very understanding. If you're on another job it may take longer but at least call! I wasted a whole day of not getting my plumbing issue fixed. This happened yesterday, I had to cancel my plans for today plus other inconveniences. Late last night I called another plumbing company.

I had a sink emergency and was hoping I could find a plumber to come out the same day, but was having a hard time finding anyone. I called Nor Cal Plumbing and they were already on a job, but gave me some tricks to try, free of charge and they totally worked! I highly recommend contacting them for your plumbing needs! It is hard to find good, honest people willing to help in a time of need!

If you need a plumber, I recommend Rafael Chavez of Norcal Plumbing. He bailed me out twice. He responded right away and squeezed me into his schedule because my situations couldn't wait. The first was a toilet leaking on the floor and the second was a water heater. He immediately came for my water heater issue late on a Saturday evening and tried to re-light my pilot light. That didn't fix my issue and he came back first thing on a Sunday morning, with a new water heater, to get us hot water back. Thanks Rafael.

If I could leave zero stars I would. They were late to an appointment I made. They said they would show up the next day. They never did ! Extremely unprofessional and they lack work ethic .

I got charged 380 dollars to snake and fix a back up at my location. They ""fixed it"" only to find out that they did not fix it and have already left after payment. Had to resort to another plumber to get the job done. I felt scammed out of my money.

Called Raphael around 10 AM for a plugged kitchen sink. He found a plug in the drain 30' downstream. Plug is gone and so is he for a reasonable price. It's now 3:00 PM. I highly recommend!

The nightmare continues... asked to fix a leak he said it was done, 4 months later we a are tearing up the entire wall because leak was never fixed. It's molded abs dry rotted!

They came the day I called and fixed the problem. They were courteous and knew what needed to be done. I am pleased with the outcome of our experience and am excited to have the drains cleared and the sewer line flushed.

Like most people, I only call a plumber when there is a disaster on the near horizon. So when I called Norcal this morning I expected ""Yeah we can be there Monday afternoon sometime."" Instead, the guy says, ""I'm in Davis, but I can be there this afternoon."" Quoted me a price to clear the drain line by text, showed up a bit later than he thought, but got our drain cleared and taken care of.

Explained the long-range situation and said to call anytime! Which we will do!
