Brandon is quick and personable. He was very detailed in his work! I sent him one photo and a quick video of what was going on in my home, and he immediately sent me a quote for parts and labor....and the price was extremely reasonable. He came one morning, took a look in literally 5 mins, left to grab parts and was back within 10 mins. It took him about 15 mins total to fix the issue and he even cleaned up after! He's great at what he does! Call him!

Brandon is the best, he came out on short notice when we had an issue with our water heater. He was communicative, texted back quickly and we were able to arrange a time for him to come. He gave us a quote for the repair that was a lot more reasonable than other companies had given us (other companies were going to charge us more than $2,000 for a water heater repair) and he charged us significantly less, saving us several hundreds of dollars. He also recommended another handyman who worked on HVAC who was also very respectable/communicative which I appreciated.

Brandon came to my residence Thursday (on time) we discussed the options for replacing my leaking water line. He provided us with a through review of the process as well as a cost estimate well within reasonable standards. He came to do the job Friday morning - stated the job would be finished by 3pm and we would have water service again. Brandon completed the job early; was extremely professional and very reasonable. I have used Nonstop Plumbing for small things like replacing my garbage disposal or installing a new toilet to larger projects too. When my water heater burst in my upstairs unit, Nonstop was able to quote (about half the rate others gave me) and replace the unit same day. They're great for urgent needs and always make me feel taken care of.

Have you ever run across someone where you leave the interaction and think to yourself, """"Wow, that's a really great guy/gal.""""? When I met Brandon, it was exactly that - my wife and were still talking about how great he was/is hours later. We were in Home Depot buying parts for a kitchen sink replacement. He looked into my cart and said, """"looks like you're replacing a sink, what do you have going on?"""". After a short talk he asked if he could help, and he walked me from row to row showing me which parts he preferred and why and completely set me up for my project. JUST BECAUSE, with no ulterior motives. It was a pretty big job as far as sinks go - I had to cut out all of the existing plumbing and start from scratch - and thanks to Brandon's guidance I was able to do so without any extra parts AND without a second trip to Home Depot (how often does that happen!?). Because of his honesty and kindness he will now be my trusted go-to for any future plumbing needs. Bravo Brandon.

After using Yelp to request quotes for a plumber, I hired Nonstop Plumbing because the price was the best quote I received, and the reviews were stellar. I'm glad I did... Brandon was a delight to work with, and he got the job done quickly! I will admit that I was nervous at first because it was pretty clear that it's a 1 man operation and he's the one doing all of it, and I had to be the one to initiate conversations about a few things that felt like they should be standard things that the business would usually be the one to start the conversation about (such as nailing down a window of time for the job to be done in). But in the end, I'd rather have a great plumber that I have to do a bit more texting with to arrange service with than one which has the staff to do the office work, but won't show up in the scheduled window of time or do a good job. (I've had both of those experiences before!) So, now I'm delighted to say that I'll definitely be returning to Nonstop Plumbing in the future, and here's a Black owned business I'd recommend to anyone!
