Brandon is a very nice guy but unfortunately I was ghosted in the middle of an insurance claim. The fix ended up being the list simplest job. I see all of these great reviews and wonder why my project wasn't important enough to see through.

Absolutely fantastic! I've hired many plumbers over the years... it seems to me they normally fall into two groups: 1. sloppy and unresponsive or 2. Friendly but more expensive than a neurosurgeon. We called Brandon on Saturday evening and explained our problem. He quickly diagnosed the issue and told us he could come by the next day and sent us an estimate to replace the water heater. He arrived exactly when he said he would and was quick and friendly. The quality of his work was great and his prices are very fair. He even texted us several hours later to make sure everything was working and that we had hot water. We will definitely be calling him again next time we need work done.
