My 14 yr old hot water heater pilot would not stay lit. It needed a new thermocouple assembly. Rheem recommended having a plumber to it, and Noah's Plumbing was on their short list. I called Bernardo and he got back to me quickly with a clear (and very reasonable) quote and confirmation the part was in stock. He came the next morning, assessed and fixed my heater. Bernardo was a pleasure to work with. Professional, respectful, trustworthy and personable. Noah's Plumbing is a quality business which I highly recommend.

Noah's Plumbing is the place to go for Rheem Hybrid hot water heater repair. Another plumber practically ran away from it when he saw the complexity. If you need warranty repair, ask Rheem straight off to send the job to Noah's Plumbing. These are complicated devices, and it really requires someone who has gone through the Rheem training.

Rheem on the other hand will get one star for putting me on hold for 2 hours, not finding a plumber for me, and sending me the part and a repair manual and telling me, ""good luck!""

My Rheem water heater was under warranty, but when I call Rheem to schedule a service when there is no hot water, they give us a service company that cannot come out until two weeks later.
I complained to Rheem and they send us Noah plumbing, they came out the next day, it was a long drive for Burnard, he has to come out again because we did not explain what was wrong, or he would had bought the part with him. I was very grateful that he came with the part next day and fixed the problem, please call him if you have any water heater problem.

My water heater broke down, it still had warranty so i worked with the company to send me broken part, they scheduled fast water company to come in install it. They said someone will contact me in 24 hours, if not call them, when no one contacted me, i tried calling fast , no one answered. So i called the manufacturer again and they sent me to Noahs Plumbing and Bernard. This time it was great, Bernard came by and installed the part next day. He even had spare parts so he fixed my hot water before the part even got to my house, then he just stopped by to pick up the part later. I got hot water few days earlier. Highly recommend.

I have to be honest that the work is professional and get the job done quick. But after I did some research and realize that I paid way too much for getting the heater installed. Should have spent more time to quote around.
