I felt completely ripped off by them. A job that should have taken a few hours (verified by my relative that is a plumber) was stretched out to several days. When I confronted them they gave me a discount but I still feel like I overpaid. I would never use or recommend them.

There needs to be a six star rating - because these guys deserve six stars!
My wife and I had our heater stop working, and they were able to send a tech within an hour or so of our call.
They were able to quickly get the heater working again (which was pretty important since it was December when this happened) quickly, and provided us with a lot of useful information on how to prevent problems with our heater in the future.
When we had another issue later in the day, we got another prompt response and rapid results.
I could not more highly recommend them. We are now lifetime customers after the great service that we received.

Jason provided excellent service and installation for our gas fireplace insert. There was an issue with the wind affecting the fireplace which he fixed. From cleaning the furnace ducts to installing a hinged cover for easy replacement of a furnace filter he and his staff have done a great job.

Had a leaky hot water heater that needed replacing pronto. Spoke with Jason about the scope of the work and to get a ball park price. He was very knowledgeable. Jason explained my options and laid out a reasonable price range for the work. I spoke with Wendy next to schedule the work, arrange for a permit and payment. Everything went smoothly. Nixon is super busy but they scheduled my work right away to prevent further damage to my property.

Profession work, fair price, and friendly service. Next time I have a plumbing issue, I'm happy to give them a call.

Don't ever use this place! The office help and the thugs that do the install are rude, rude, rude. They canceled me last minute and put us off for a week.I was told they would start at 8:00 a.m.. They came at 10:30. I had a litter of new born pups and it was snowing and windy where the pups were...right where they were working. I asked them to close the door when they went out the back door to their truck. They never did. They just kept doing it so I had to keep going in the garage and closing it. We are waiting for the final bill and were called to get a few items for the final inspection. It has been 2 weeks since they were done. The office girl called and demanded to close it out since it had been a month. If you want to head but a disjointed company...call them!

We had a water main leak under the driveway and gave Nixon a call, they arrived fast and started right to work to find the source of the problem. Very friendly, and easy to deal with. A great company to call when you need your plumbing problem fixed.

After buying our house we needed to re route some plumbing off our water heater Nixon's come out and did a job so neat and clean and re-routed some plumbing so it would be out of the way. Nice Clean job, and totally cleaned up after the work was done!
I had a new water pressure tank installed through the well company over this summer, the pressure tank failed, (they the well company replaced it took them 5 days to figure it all out and replace the tank) well the pressure tank failed again... Nixon's came out looked at the tank and the next day it was replaced in under a hour! And I did not have to clean up any mess! It was done right with professionalism.
Im very pleased!
I will be calling Nixon's for every plumbing, heating or air-conditioning need that may arise!

Nixon came out to give me a estimate today for a water heater an furnace today.called 5 other company's in about lake,they were the only company to show up or return my call very professional, knowledgeable and nice.hopefully looking forward to working with them.
