They wanted to charge me $350.00 just to look at a simple water heater repair and charge additional install fee. I called a service provider recommended by the manufacturer. The Parts were under warranty so I only paid $185.00 for the installation and the job was completed 3 hours after I called them. Wouldn't recommend these guys to anyone

We had an emergency where a pipe split and was leaking. Juan came out immediately the same day and made the repair and also found several other issues that led to the problem and made those repairs in a very professional and timely manner.

WARNING!!!! Don't use this company, all the claims of honesty are not true! I was quoted a price with picture sent to them and then when they got there it changed. I had a problem with their work and called them back. They missed several appointments, finally showed up after several calls, wouldn't take responsibility for their work and guarantee. Nick told me it would cost more to repair what I already paid them a lot of money to do, and then tried to charge me for coming back, I have Tried to resolve this with Nick the owner and he wouldn't. Beware- don't use this company, they are only out for the almighty dollar.

Really happy with the professionalism of NIR Plumbing Inc. From our first meeting appointment to our second installation date.Their field staff specifically Sergio was very informative and helpful to me to understand my plumbing issues that needed to be addressed.The day of installation both Sergio and Mike were on time and took all safety measures needed due to covid-19.From start to finish i couldnt be more happy with NIR Plumbings clean efficient work ethic.

Juan came through at the last minute for my husband and I regarding our toilet dripping water from the pipe behind the toilet, the toilet pressure and our sink was smelling weird haha. He was super fast in and out in about an hour and fixed both issues and was extremely personable and friendly. We enjoyed the short time with him! He was knowledgeable as well and the company responded very fast to helping us out. Definitely would use them in the future for sure.
