Juan came through at the last minute for my husband and I regarding our toilet dripping water from the pipe behind the toilet, the toilet pressure and our sink was smelling weird haha. He was super fast in and out in about an hour and fixed both issues and was extremely personable and friendly. We enjoyed the short time with him! He was knowledgeable as well and the company responded very fast to helping us out. Definitely would use them in the future for sure.

I had a blockage in a pipe that was preventing my air conditioner from draining the condensation. This was causing water to build up under my carpet and also meant that I couldn't use my air conditioner without risking damage to it. I talked with Nick and he set up a time later at night that was convenient for me. His plumbers arrived on time and were able to correctly diagnose the problem and completely fix it within an hour. It turned out that the condensation outlet pipe which was very difficult to find at my condo was clogged up where it exited the house. The price for their excellent service was very reasonable especially given that they came out long after hours. I highly recommend NIR plumbing!
