When we charge by the hour, as per your request, you will receive honest, hard work for your money. We arrive on time and adjust to your schedule. When it comes to our commercial projects, Since our founding in 2004, NIR Plumbing has completed over fifty restaurant plumbing jobs. We pride ourselves on completing all contracted work ahead of schedule; and we ensure that the plumbing systems we install are highly efficient. We consider ourselves a full-service shop offering leak detection, drain camera work, line tracing, and clearing stoppages.
We are available seven days a week and most holidays, with no extra fees. We appreciate our clients and provide discounts of 25% to 40% off labor during off-peak times. We also engage in charitable work for some of our senior citizens and provide interest-free payment plans for them.
I developed my work ethic at ten, helping in my grandparents' restaurant on weekends by cleaning tables and serving customers. I did this until I turned 16; at 12, I was a newspaper delivery boy for a few years. At 13 and 14, I took summer breaks to work at my uncle's welding shop. As a young adult, I trained under my father in plumbing and then moved to Riverside to explore new construction plumbing opportunities.
I took a year-long plumbing course at Associated Tech College in San Bernardino, focusing on codes, repairs, and system sizing. After that, I worked as an apprentice at Inland Plumbing, and within a year, I was promoted to foreman. I was responsible for installing gas systems, drainage, venting, and water services, overseeing three employees. Those three years provided me with invaluable experience, and I feel that was where my plumbing foundation was established.
