Although the service cost was more than we budgeted so we did not opt to schedule service, Nick was prompt to respond to my request for information and was available via phone immediately. He walked me through the process, gave me a price, and offered to schedule service for that day. We would definitely reach out to Nick in the future should the need arise.

There was a leak in our main irrigation valve area and NIR came to our rescue after several failed attempts of getting anyone to come help us. Mike showed up even 10 minutes prior to the estimated arrival time and was able to detect the leak to the ""T"" and was able to fix our issue within several hours without even going over the estimated repair costs. Mike was highly knowledgeable, trustworthy, and upfront about the repairs we needed which is hard to find these days. I would highly recommend this company to any of my friends and family. 5-Stars all around.

Accidentally plugged the toilet one morning before work. Tried for about 30 mins n couldn't get the thing unplugged with a plunger. Called NIR to get a quote on a minor toilet plugged. Nick was who I spoke with. He explained that most people don't know how to properly use a plunger and explained that it's a minimum $180 to send someone out n he'd hate to charge me that unless necessary. He told me exactly what to do with the plunger. After 2 tries I got it unplugged! Thanks so so much!!! This speaks volumes about this business!! Integrity is EVERYTHING.

I had an emergency plumbing issue with an apartment in Downtown Riverside. The building is older and I had a broken faucet. NIR Plumbing got there really quickly, was able to have the quality parts that was needed to fix the leaking faucet, and got the job done. Our water broke on our side of meter! Knowing it was Saturday night it was going to be tough finding someone to come out and fix this very bad leak. After several phone calls Sergio arrived and fixed the problem within a couple of hours! He was worth every penny and we did not feel ""ripped off"". Water company just said sorry, we cannot help. Sergio is such a good plumber!!!
