I have NEVER EVER written a review for a service in my life! But to day I experienced something in a whole new league. After a failed attempt from Home Depot as well as another local plumber to install and remove a faulty toilet that had flooded my house and ruined my hardwood floors. I stumbled upon this silly company NINJA PLUMBER ... sounds like something from a cartoon, well allIi can say is when I called about 1 pm the owner said Im goona take care of today is that Ok? I was a bit surprised and said sure .. Well he sent a well spoken , well dressed and nicet tech who not only installed toilet and replaced faulty line but also rehabbed another toilet in the house.. Name is catch but service is AMAZING. Price was super reasonable no gouging here! thx again BLAIR AARONSON

Writing this on behalf of my mother who never sign up for anything to write reviews, but called to ask me to write a 5-star review for Ninja, especially a big thumb-up for Matt. He is able to solve our plumbing problem (shower has only hot water but no cold water) with such efficiency, and what's so great about them is a trustworthy follow-up service! Will definitively recommend them to friends!

Ninja Plumbing did a great job repairing my gas leak. They were always on time and got the problem resolved very quickly.

SoCal Gas and other plumbers were unhelpful, but Ninja Plumbing help solved my problem.

Can't say enough good things about Ninja Plumber. I started with a call to them a few weekends ago and they sent someone out same day (We were having problems with shower drainage and also a gas heater). The gent I spoke to on the phone was incredibly helpful and responsive and called me a few times to make sure the job was going ok. On our first call they sent two people out to diagnose and check the problem, they walked me through the various options, costs, and couldn't have been nicer. I really appreciated that they started with the cheapest solutions first and tried each as they went. (In the case of our shower they were able to fix it within minutes and didn't charge us). For the heater, they came back 3 different times (at no additional charge) until they'd got it fully working. One of the guys even came back yesterday just to double check, pretty amazing. These guys are fair, professional, and do a great job. Highly recommended.

Found ninja plumber on yelp and called because of all the stellar reviews. The other reviewers were right - these guys are great! Mor and his guys came out to assess what was needed and gave us an easy to understand estimate. Throughout the process we added and subtracted services - Mor was completely flexible and answered all of our questions. His crew was courteous and professional and they got everything done quickly. We will definitely be calling them for any future plumbing needs!

Its a Sunday, having a party at the house tonight and OF COURSE the sink gets clogged. I called at 10AM, Mor picked up the phone, and he had a guy at my house by noon. The guy was great, and fixed it no problem. Getting someone here in a RUSH on a Sunday who is good and cool is not an easy task. So I would definitely call Mor again and would recommend them to anyone

These guys came to fix our faucet in our kitchen and did a great Job. They made an honest estimate and quality job. They also gave a warranty on the job and followed up with me on how they fixed our faucet and which tools they were using. I am very happy with the Job and can only recommend these guys!

What began as a plumbing problem, became a plumbing emergency over the Thanksgiving weekend. I found Ninja Plumbers on yelp, based on the reviews I found here. Mor, the owner, and his team, were pleasant and professional and came to see the problem right away...on Black Friday no less. Not only was the work done in record time but these guys were professional, kind, communicative and very respectful to the neighborhood. Their work is top notch, and the charge was very reasonable.
I have recommended Ninja Plumbers to my family and 2 neighbors (who saw the work and were impressed).

If there was an option to give 10 stars, I would!

These guys are great! We had one of our exterior water lines burst one night, and after I managed to shut off the water I called Mor. He answered quickly and kept in touch to make sure I had the situation under control. The next day he and his crew were there bright and early and gave me an honest and thorough appraisal of what needed to be done. They were courteous and fast, keeping me informed at every step. When they encountered a separate plumbing issue, Mor took numerous photos to illustrate the problem and offered to correct the issue for a great price since they were already under the house completing the original job. The fact that Mor used pictures to show me the additional problem gave me the confidence to know he wasn't just trying to play me out for more money.

I couldn't be happier with the service I received, and have called them for additional plumbing needs since. For fantastic customer service and quality work at a great price, you can't go wrong using Mor and his guys at Ninja Plumber. I know they'll be my first call from now on!
