It was stressful seeing water coming out of my wall but at least I knew to call Ninja after my last positive experience. I called in the late afternoon and Jimmy came over later that day. He opened up the drywall, diagnosed the pipe issue and fixed it in the same visit. He neatly taped shut the small hole he had to make to gain access to the pipe, and asked for a broom to sweep up after himself. All for a very reasonable fee. Another positive experience with this company!

Richard did a terrific job in clearing the blockage from our toilet in the guest bathroom.

I contacted Mor on Sunday & he sent Richard, who quickly diagnose the problem after I tried to use the plunger to clear any blockage but was unsuccessful. He used the auger & tested the toilet afterwards & also fixed a loose connection in another toilet.

Very professional & courteous. Thank you Richard & Mor for a job well done.

The first quote I was given from the guys at Ninja Plumber was over $300 than every other plumber I got a quote from.

However, when I told them the price was too high, they lowered it and I gave them my business.

Overall they were extremely nice and were able to fix 85% of my plumbing problems. My toilet is still having issues flushing despite what was done to fix it, but if it becomes too bothersome they will come out and look at it again free of charge.

My kitchen sink is working now but unfortunately the hose got a bit damaged when they were fixing it. It's not detrimental, but at some point this will need to be replaced.

I would use Ninja plumber again because of the history I have working with them (and they are nice guys), but be wary for new clients that they may up-charge you at first. Do your research to make sure you're not getting ripped off :)

First experience with Ninja Plumbers which i found here on Yelp. I had a leaky designer type faucet in a powder room. I called and 3 hours later that afternoon someone came by and told me that the problem was simply there was dirt inside the faucet. IT now works fine. I was charged NOTHING. I have told all my friends about this company as in this day and age finding such honest , fast and fair service is unheard of. I will certainly use them again for all my plumbing needs.

Ariel and Matt were awesome! They took apart the toilets and various parts quickly and fixed it all in no time basically!
