I have used Ninja Plumber several times now and have always had an excellent experience! They are professional, courteous, attentive, and do an excellent plumbing job. They are also very respectful of the customer's needs.

A few days ago, we had just returned from out-of-town and we came home to a broken water heater that was leaking profusely all over the backyard and garage area. We must have lost over 40 gallons of water. I called Ninja when we got back and they put me into their already booked schedule to accommodate the emergency. I spoke with Edgar and he helped me immensely. He scheduled Richard to come out and fix the problem.

Richard came to my home later to fix the water heater and gave us good advice to change our gas line and the shut off valves. Richard was very professional and really knew his stuff. After he removed the old and broken water heater, he brought it to the front of our home. Edgar came all the way with another plumber and brought over a new water heater with the appropriate and necessary materials. He replaced my water heater with new, cleaned the surrounding area, and left the area very tidy and clean. He even took the extra effort and time to ask me at what temperature I would like the thermostat set and explained to me the different temperatures.

On top of all of this, Richard got a ticket because there was no permit on his vehicle although he had a cone indicating he was a service provider and working in the home. I kept the ticket because I didn't think it was ethical for him to have to pay this ticket. I then called Ninja Plumber and asked them if they would pay half of the ticket and I would pay the other half since it was one of their employees. I spoke to Edgar and he told me he would let me know. He promptly called me back and let me know that Ninja Plumber will pay the entire cost of the ticket. I was so appreciative and would never use another company other than Ninja Plumber.

Ninja Plumber is very honest, professional, reliable, and they hold high standards! I highly recommend anyone to use this company! They do a great job!! A number one plumbing company!

Ninja Plummer was great. Richard came by when we were having an issue with a slow draining bathroom sink. He gave us a clear explanation and a few options on how to fix it. He ended up snaking the drain and doing a little bit of flushing with water. He was quick and efficient and was on time as well. Drain is running back up to speed now and we will definitely use them again as well as recommend to our friends and neighbors!

Richard came to fix a major kitchen faucet problem, and ended up going with me to the hardware store to buy a replacement faucet, and then installing it all in the single visit. He was as nice and helpful as he could be. Soon thereafter I noticed a problem with it, and called Ninja Plumber. Ninja Plumbers is the best value for your money when it comes to sewerline inspections, replacements and repairs. Ninja does it all with quality work backed by a life-time warranty and work done efficiently.
They gave us a free sewerline inspection using a camera on 1 December 2014 while we were in escrow on what is now our single family home in Del Aire (Hawthorne). Other plumbers charged us $100+ just for the inspection. Both inspections identified significant root intrusion/blockage and shifted joints in the clay mainline pipe from the front of our house to the sidewalk next to the street. The joint shift at the sidewalk was so big neither company could get a camera past it to view the line all the way to the city line under the street. There were no breaks or stopped sewage, but both companies said a break/stoppage was imminent. However, Ninja's estimate to repair/replace the mainline was significantly cheaper then the competitor. So, after we purchased the home the end of December 2014, we waited 7 months and decided to be proactive and have Ninja replace/repair the main sewerline. Ninja Plumbers remembered us, honored their previous estimate, and responded quickly by sending a lead technician, Richard, out to re-camera the line at no extra charge. Richard and a few other technicians did an awesome job replacing/repairing the sewer mainline in our single family home in Del Aire on 22 July 2015 in just one day!! They replaced 25 feet of mainline clay pipe with new 4"" diameter HDPE (flexible plastic) pipe via trenchless pipe bursting from the front of the house to the sidewalk next to the street and installed a new sewer clean-out in front of the house. They also replaced the main line under the footing of the house to the clean-out (approximately 23' of line). This work required digging only two holes in our front yard: a 2.5' deep hole directly in front of the house, and a 5'+ deep hole next to the sidewalk by the street instead of one long trench. Once they did that they camera'ed the rest of the line (30') from the sidewalk to the city line under the street and identified more root intrusion and a cracked saddle where the mainline attached to the city line. They recommended hydro-jetting and perma-lining the clay pipe as the cheapest and most reliable option to repair it. After settling on a good price, they performed the hydro-jetting and perma-lining in approximately 2 hours and showed me the end result, which cleared and reinforced the entire line and fixed the cracked saddle. They finished up by re-filling the holes and replacing the patch of grass in our front yard. You could hardly tell anything was done to the front yard! And, this was all done in one day!!!! Outstanding job and great customer service! Highly recommend Ninja Plumbers!

I used Ninja Plumbing about six months ago for a gas leak. We had multiple companies come out and could NOT find the problem. Ninja came out and fixed the problem within an hour after weeks of issues!

Last night our water heater started to leak and we called Ninja Plumbing again because of their professionalism and quick response time. We got an appointment right away this morning and Whitney was out here on time and gave us options to replace our water heater right now. The job was done quickly and done very well. I can not recommend Ninja Plumbers enough! Ariel (a supervisor) also came by for both jobs to check on everything, which is going above and beyond. When our request for service was made, we got a prompt and can do response. Highly recommended! Was in urgent need of a quick service since I needed to leave town, and gladly I called them and had met Mor, who was very helpful, and made sure to take care of the water pipe that burst in my wall, especially since I needed to leave out of town and needed it to get done asap. Ive been searching for a good quality plumbing service to solve my shower drain problem &found these guys. Called in to get an estimate &it was fairly priced. They came right over &did a quick job. Didn't leave a mess &were very friendly. In my past experiences with a plumbing problem, I usually keep my eye out to make sure they don't break anything but I felt so secure &they reassured me that the problem would be fixed fast &it was.
