Ninja plumbers is great! George did such a fantastic on my mom's place (pipes under sink were leaking and the garbage disposal wasn't working). He was efficient with his work and didn't cut corners at all. I would recommend Ninja plumbers to everyone.

Ninja Plumber is fantastic. They were very responsive and easy to communicate with. They hooked us up with Matt the plumber who came out to our house. We had to do a sewer line repair one week before the holiday season. We had all the family coming in town. I have to say we were pretty intimidated. Matt broke every step of the process down for us. His clarity and transparency was next level. I was impressed with the speed at which he and his crew tackled the job. Every day at the end of work he would send us pictures of the progress and give us a recap. The work was quick, clean and professional. I would recommend Matt to anyone looking to do major or minor pluming projects. The Best!

I cant speak about others but Richard was awesome! We have had such issues with roots at our main line that we have had to snake it out every 3 months or so. This time the main line overflowed and the smell was unbearable. Richard came out right away tried to sneak out the pipe a few times and it didn't work so i knew we had to go to the next step and get the hydro-jet. Richard worked with me on a great price and did a great job, he not only picked up the debris that had come out of the main line but also with a camera showed me the before and after results of the pipe. He answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable about the whole process, i highly recommend him.

Abysmal vendor: I had a one hour service certificate for this plumber. I called them on the phone and asked how long it takes to install a bathrooom faucet in a pre-drilled counter. Couldn't get a straight answer, but the phone operator told me the tech would come out and bid the job. Tech arrived and told me it would take 45-60 mins-- okay, that's fine, because the certificate was for one hour of labor. I had all the parts. But the tech insisted on a payment for $250 ON TOP OF THE one hour certificate. Totally bait and switch; looked at the house and pulled a dollar amount out of thin air. No LA plumber costs anything like this, and the run around, was one of the worst I have experienced. I would stay away, and find a mom/pop business where you are treated decently.

Richard was extremely helpful, professional and personable! He spent 3 days at our house fixing a major issue. The last 2 days he was accompanied by Robert who was also fantastic. It's very refreshing to have had this whole transaction be as seamless as it was, considering the shitty situation ;)

If we ever have any plumbing issues again we will be returning to Ninja Plumber and hopefully working with Richard and Robert again!

This is the second time that I've had to use Ninja Plumber and they're always top notch. Our shower was bursting with hot water for hours and we couldn't turn it off. Richard came by and stayed for way longer than he was required to in order to help us out. He was very knowledgeable at diagnosing and fixing our issue, and he was also consistently friendly.

Couldn't have asked for better service. Thanks again, Richard!

Update: The owner called me and offered to replump at no cost. He seems to care a lot about his company's reputation and it became clear he had a faulty employee who was terminated. I'd give them another shot - thanks Ninja!

Can't say enough good things about Ninja Plumber. Our neighbor recommended them to us and we weren't disappointed. Matt showed up to our house on time and diagnosed our problem quickly. He rearranged his schedule for the following day so he could come back and do the work first thing in the morning. He walked us through all of the steps of the job and finished ahead of schedule. We needed our water softener removed. They gave us a quote, let us know about the Yelp coupon, kept the appointment time and did their work in a timely and courteous manner. Edwin was efficient, friendly and professional. Can't ask for much more.

Huge issues with Ninja Plumber! The guy they sent wanted to way overcharge us. It sounded fishy, then we started looking online and found the parts for under $100 and decided to do it ourselves instead of the $1900 they wanted to charge ($700 for the parts). They wanted to do way more work than needed to be done - cutting a hole in the wall?? Not only that the day they were supposed to come for the estimate - they did not show and had to reschedule for the next day after we had rearranged our schedule to be there. After the plumber left I contacted Ninja and told them their estimate was way out of line, and that I felt taken advantage of. I requested a reduction in the estimate fee - some consideration for our inconvenience for having to make arrangements for another day. I was told this was going to a manager's desk and that they would not cash my check. Guess what - they never called and cashed my check. Do NOT use them.
