I've used many plumbers but the team at ninja plumbers are incredible. From the second I spoke to Liz at the call center until the job was done, it was an absolutely excellent experience. Carlos came during the recent blizzard/ rain storm when other plumbers couldn't be bothered. He sorted out my difficult job in difficult conditions in good time and professionally. He even offered to come back on Monday to do something extra that needed to be done- all for the same price. And I can tell I have had guys come during the middle of the day and do a few small things that charge way more than this after hours, emergency call. Thanks Liz, Carlos and the whole Ninja team. You really got us out of a tight and wet situation. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Adam A. is probably the best plumber I have had the pleasure of working with. We have a hillside home and had a major blockage issue. Adam went the extra mile and discovered the issue (a defective sewage pump) that was actually beyond what he was called upon to deal with. Adam, however, is more than competent. He is a decent, honest, trustworthy person and whenever I have a plumbing issue arise in the future, he is the person I intend to call. Highly recommended.

The company scheduled the estimate appointment timely and Adam came the same day I called. After seeing the location of the clean out and he gave me an estmate of $280 for the job. The reason, he said, was the sloped backyard where the drain clearout is located and the access is difficult. While I accepted the argument (pretty much no choice due to the urgency of the problem), I feel they could have clarify on the web that $73 was only for an easy access in-house drain clearing and all other jobs are estimated at site.
Having said that, I have to say Adam did a very good job, gave us 10% senior discount and provided free camera inspection afterwards.

I was quoted $450 to unclogged a single toilet and then said that the book quoted high so he was going to give me a discount and drop the price $375. I've had other plumbers unclogged my toilet in the past for $75-80 without having to remove the toilet and the person who came wanted to remove the toilet without even trying other simple method.

The reason why I'm not giving 1 star is because the person showed up within the timeframe and mindful enough to cover his shoes before entering my house.

I'm house sitting and a back up occurred in the rental unit behind the main house. A previous company came out and could not figure out where the clog was happening. Thankfully the neighbor suggested Ninja Plumbers. Carlos came out and solved the issue. He figured out why and where the back up was happening. He explained the issue and how to resolve it. I would definitely use them again. They have a great slogan too , s#!ts about to go down. And it definitely did. Hehe
