Everything from a complete ground-up home remodel with all new plumbing installed in 8 rooms, to your standard kitchen sink clog, they always come through for us. Completely customer-service focused business, and they never let you down.

I found this experience very pleasant from beginning to end. I called to book a job, and was given a scheduled time for the same day. Thirty minutes later I had to call to cancel, no problem, Andrew on the phone was very polite. When I called back, again, Andrew again politely fit me into schedule. Plumber arrived and looked at the job, discussed the problems and explain the work he would do. He was very professional, attentive and easy to work with. Before leaving he check all the water systems to make sure there were no leaks. I would do business with this company again if I ever need a plumber.

I was looking for a plumber to replace bathroom sinks. In reviewing the YELP reviews, I happen to come across some excellent reviews on Nigel Mulgrew Plumbing Services. I called to make an appointment. Nigel came out to inspect my job. He was very nice, professional and honest. After the inspection, Nigel was concerned that my granite countertop could crack after the bathroom sinks were removed. He wanted me to be aware that it could happen but said his workman could possibly do it but he prefer having his friend (Kevin Burke's Tile) who is skilled in that area remove the sinks. Having it done correctly there would be less of a chance for it to crack. I was very thankful that Nigel went over everything with me so I would not have unrealistic expectations. He said when the sinks are installed he would send over his workman to hook up the sink plumbing. I had no idea what the process would be until he explained it to me.

A few days later after my bathroom sinks were installed (they look beautiful by the way) Nigel sent over Joel and Pablo to hook up the plumbing. The guys were professional, very polite, they even took their shoes off and laid a special floor covering over my bathroom floor to keep it clean. Wow! I was amazed. What a fantastic job they did. The plumbing went well, they also tightened my faucetes and checked everything thoroughly so there were no leaks. Everything worked like a charm. I was so impressed with the excellent customer service that I received. Nigel and his workman are the best! The service was beyond my expectations. I am very happy customer. Thanks Nigel!

The quality and attention to detail of their work is some of the best I have seen. They were attentive, responsive, and easy to work with. After calling many, many plumbers due to a leaking pipe the day after Christmas, Nigel was the only one to respond. He arrived wirh his crew right on time, quoted the job, and once agreed upon, set a time and date. He arrived on time with his crew, took special care to remove their shoes, introduced the crew and got to it immediately. They were professional, courteous and I highly recommend! 5 stars all the way around!

We moved to Northern California this last summer and the guy who flipped the house we bought recommended Nigel. Nigel met with us within a day of our first call to him, and brought one of his guys on-site that same day to make the introduction. We have had three plumbers at our house for a variety of reasons, from small modifications to emergency situations. We are incredibly satisfied with everybody associated with the business: from the professional manner of the plumbers through to the cost of labor and the matter in which billing is handled. Once, someone was scheduled to be at our house between 11 AM and noon, due to a jam up at the previous job schedule plumber was unable to make it within the time frame. Before 1230PM another plumber from the business was at our house assessing the situation and prepping the inbound plumber for the job at hand. We are pleased to refer Nigel Mulgrew plumbing and rate them the highest rating. They even ask where to park their vehicles so as not to disturb the neighbors. Not that I ever want to have to call a plumber, but this is the business to call when you need someone promptly and capable of handling the job, even the dirtiest of jobs.

These guys are legit. Our tankless water heater(Noritz) went down at the restaurant. Hit up Nigel Mulgrew(Andrew) and he went out of his way to help me diagnose it via phone, even though they couldn't get somebody out for a week or so. Turns out it was a fuse. Noritz's distributer couldn't get it to us overnight due to it being past 4pm on a Friday. We called another plumber to come and make sure it was a fuse(confirmed), but they couldn't get ahold of the part. No bueno. So I hit Andrew back up and although they were to slammed to make it out themselves they kicked me the needed part for said other plumber to install. Andrew even offered to drop it off on his way through the city to another job. Amazing.
