We've used Nigel Mulgrew plumbing several times over the years, and recently used them again. We had a faulty installation from a bath retrofit company which led to a leak. We called Nigel Mulgrew to fix it. They found and fixed all the problems, including writing up a full report with pictures and videos for us to submit to the bath retrofit company for reimbursement (which they did.) These guys are very knowledgeable, honest, and show up right on time. They were very conscientious and respectful of our home, cleaned up and kept us in the loop as they came across issues with the installation. They are my go-to plumber and will continue to be. I highly recommend!

I recently needed a new faucet installed and called Nigel Mulgrew Plumbing. We set up an appointment, they showed up on time wearing masks and protection on their shoes. After assessing the job, they went to work and effectively and efficiently removed the old faucet and installed the new one. The plumbers were friendly and met all of our needs.
After using the faucet far a couple days, it was apparent it was not working correctly, very weak flow, hardly enough to wash dishes. After calling retailer and manufacturer for help, and getting very little satisfaction, we called Nigel Mulgrew back and explained the situation. They agreed to come back and take a look. They identified the problems, water restrictor in the faucet and faulty shut off valves, took care of both issues in a very timely manner.
It was a pleasure working with them, everyone we dealt with was very courteous and friendly, and interested in getting the job done to our satisfaction. Thanks

First hired them back in 2015, while doing a major renovation, and have called on them ever since for all our plumbing jobs, from big to small. They have replaced our kitchen faucet and repaired our sump pump, and pretty much every plumbing job in-between. They are always conscientious and clean - which is especially important during the pandemic.

I'm really grateful that we've got a reliable plumber to call in the event of an emergency, or just to unclog a stubborn sink.

Nigel Mulgrew Plumbing, Inc. is an excellent plumbing service for all in San Francisco and on the Peninsula. I called the company after I experienced a problem with my water heater NORITZ. Within an hour they had a plumber - Joel come and fix the problem. Joel was very professional, assessed the problem right away, and solved it much quicker than I expected. Also, he provided me with the direct contact information of his boss - Andrew, just in case I have some other plumbing problems and cannot reach Joel immediately. I had to call the company 2 weeks after they fixed the water heater problem. Andrew came right away. He fixed another lumbing problem at my house, was supportive, informative and just overall a great resource. Andrew is a ""breath of fresh air"". I will definitely use Nigel Mulgrew Plumbing again if we need to. Excellent work, much appreciated, highly recommended service and plumbing service.

I found this experience very pleasant from beginning to end. I called to book a job, and was given a scheduled time for the same day. Thirty minutes later I had to call to cancel, no problem, Andrew on the phone was very polite. When I called back, again, Andrew again politely fit me into schedule. Plumber arrived and looked at the job, discussed the problems and explain the work he would do. He was very professional, attentive and easy to work with. Before leaving he check all the water systems to make sure there were no leaks. I would do business with this company again if I ever need a plumber.
