*Update*
It's 11/1. No dishwasher. Now Nickson is claiming that it was supposed to be delivered to me by Costco rather than they deliver it. Never mind the fact I have the receipts that say otherwise. Nor was it ever mentioned when I spoke to them last week. I don't think I've ever dealt with such an inept business.

Ordered a dishwasher from Costco to be installed on 10/28 between 1:30-5:30. No on called or arrived. I called at 5:30 and was told the installer was still on their way after another customer. I called again at 7:30 and left a message. Called again at 9:30 and left a message. Called on 10/29 at 9am (time of opening) and left a message. Called again at 10:30 and left a message. Called again at 11 and FINALLY got someone to pick up the phone. No explanation as to what went wrong and the ""best"" they can do is reschedule for 11/1. Absurd. The biggest problems are the lack of anyone calling me to let me know that they would be late, let alone need to reschedule. I will be recommending that Costco no longer use their services.

Horrible....they are an installer for Lowes here in south jersey. So they install a dishwasher that leaks on Tuesday, I ask them to come back and please schedule the morning or EOD so I don't have to burn more work time....they then schedule a window of 11AM to 3PM!

When asked why...""do you know how many technicians our routing system has to schedule over X installations, we can't just go in and change....blah, blah, blah?"". ANSWER: No I don't, I'm just a customer looking for you to install a working appliance!

I purchased a dishwasher through Lowe's and unfortunately Nickson was contracted out to deliver and install it. They started off fine calling to schedule but it declined from there. They did not respond to phone calls and I had to call several times to get responses. The day of they never showed or called. I contacted them and they finally answered and blamed Lowe's for being behind and said toward the end of the 4hour window. That window came and went. I couldn't get ahold of them nor could Lowe's. I cancelled the entire purchase. Not even bothering to reschedule with such an unreliable company.

This review is about their Installation through LOWES. NOT enough room to type every mishap but they were given 3 opportunities to put in a dishwasher in my mothers home, and they BIGLY FAILED ALL 3 Opportunities. Their phone and return call system is a hot mess and when they know you are calling they decline to answer your call ( I was informed they have caller ID, so if you choose to use them, have multiple numbers available to call from.) WORST INSTALLERS EVER ENCOUNTERED.BEWARE!!!

Main problem: THEY SET DATES AND TIMES THEY CANT KEEP. Had to return the dishwasher meant for my Mother. She was getting WAAY too stressed. So was I. I would give them MINUS stars, If that was an option.

So I understand a lot of folks had a bad experience. It's possible they had a bad tech or someone who didn't take care, but I felt I had to put up a review since we had the complete opposite experience.

We had a dishwasher and microwave delivered and installed by these guys and it couldn't have gone more smoothly. We had a 4 hour window for their arrival and they came 30 min early! Almost too good to be true but they came early, installed everything correctly, tested everything out to make sure there weren't any leaks and couldn't have been more courteous. Whoever was working the South Philly route on 8/10/2021, great job!

This company is the worst, so unprofessional. They came to my house with no paperwork, business cards, official documents. Despite paying for services, they tried to get $200 extra to be paid again for installation, stating they hadn't been paid by Lowes. These dudes drove off with appliances I paid for. They did not tell me they were leaving. I had no contact info for them or their office. I was just stuck without my money or my appliances.

The ""manager"" called to confirm the 3rd delivery for 8/11. After I told her I wanted to escalate the situation of the 2 prior times delivery came and left without installation which was paid for, she called Lowes to cancel delivery.

Essentially, I am not able to shop at Lowes anyone since they are the only 3rd party delivery and I refuse to work with your company again. Based on yelp this behavior and unprofessionalism is their standard.

If you are reading this and considering using them, DONT. Nixon Home Services is horrible, save yourself some time and money. Shop ANYWHERE ELSE

They were awful. Do not use this company. They don't care about service, returning calls or actually doing their job. They left a double oven just sitting in our home because it doesn't fit -- however, they were the ones that measured the size we ordered. And, it actually does fit, but they won't come install.

Obviously they don't care about service since there are many other bad reviews. We are making sure Lowe's knows how bad they are so they don't keep using them for installations.

This was the most unprofessional experience ever. Bought a dryer from Costco. The installation was supposed to be performed between 1:30-5:30. The guy never showed up. Once I called and complained, all of the sudden the guy called and said he is 5 min away ( by their agreement they need to call 30 min in advance). I told the guy I just left and will be back and to wait to which is was rude and said no and just hung up. Disgraceful customer services

The worst. No customer service. They have missed multiple scheduled appointment times. Most people work and take off work to have things installed. This is a big deal when these days are wasted on installers who do not show up. I have lost faith in Costco as well. Costco customer service did not help either. Sad!

While their installers were courteous and cleaned up after their work, the scheduling system is totally inadequate. They missed two appointments due to (I think) over scheduling their installers. They did not let us know that they would miss their commitments until after the fact. The next time I buy an appliance through Lowes, I will insist that they contract with a different installation service.
