Purchased a dishwasher from Lowe's in Montgomeryville and was told that Nickson Home Services will be coming to do a site visit to make sure the installation will go smoothly. Once they missed their arrival window and never called. I began to do some research on their company and saw maybe 5 good reviews out of 100. I am blow away that a reputable company like Lowe's, would you a contractor like this. I called Nickon and to no one's surprise, I received no answer. I called Lowe's and canceled everything. Unfortunately I will no longer be using Lowe's for appliance purchases anymore, if this is who they are going to partner with. Very disappointed and do not want them in my home.

We bought a dishwasher from Lowe's, and Nickson was their authorized installer. When the Nickson installer showed up he never introduced himself, said where he was from, just asked if we were getting a dishwasher installed. He was definitely not having a good day because he asked my mom a couple of questions that she couldn't answer so when my husband arrived she told him that he had a couple questions. He immediately got ignorant and said ""I didn't ask any questions"", he was very rude and unprofessional. He never installed the bracket that was purchased, he used something else and never left the bracket I paid for! He went out to the truck with his stuff and never said he was done or he would be right back in. My husband looked outside and he was driving away.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! I've been waiting for well over a week for a phone call from these people just to set a date to install my dishwasher that I purchased through Lowes! All the poor reviews about their customer service are valid. Their phone line is just an endless hold tone with an option to press 0 to leave a voicemail, but their mailbox is full so you can't even leave a message for a callback. How does it take 10 days just to make a phone call to schedule an installation?!? Outrageous.

I was assured by Bobby at the Lowe's in DEPTFORD, NJ That he spoke to the manager at Nickson and that they would be giving me a call by the end of day. That was 3 days ago... At this point, after reading everyone else's reviews I'll be happy to just cancel my order through Lowes entirely and purchase a dishwasher from another appliance dealer.

The customer service I received from Lowe's was equally as deplorable. never again...

It is a big surprise that a reliable company like Lowes used this company for their installation.
They are the worse I sever saw ! They do not answer the phones and I was put on hold for over 1 hour to talk to them! Lowe's charges a large amount of money for installation for a service that is really bad. Go somewhere else if you need appliances.
To my dismay after I purchased this appliance I saw that Costco sells appliances and not only do they install for free deliver for free their warranty for members is 2 years
No nonsense about not being able to contact the vendor and paying close to $400.00 for delivery and installation.
Conclusion do not go to Lowes because they use this vendor and their service is really bad.

They sent me a link to answer 4 or 5 questions about an over the range microwave installation (scheduled by Lowe's). I answered the questions and received an installation confirmation date of May 25 between 6:00am - 7:00pm. They never showed up or contacted me. I tried contacting Nickson Home Services on their website but all it said was "" your order has been scheduled now only stated the time range without a date. I called their phone number (484) 766-3877 and was transferred to extentions that would just ring with no answer. This is a terrible company and I would advise you to avoid doing any kind of business with Nickson Home Services.

Lowe's buyer, beware! Nickson was the installer of my Lowe's dishwasher, and when they left, our kitchen had no power, including the dishwasher.

Lowe's considers this a successful install and will give Nickson's account over yours, the customer, the greater weight.

You will have to hire your own electrician to restore your power. Lowe's may or may not cover it, based on some criteria they will not define for you.

Neither Nickson or Lowe's takes accountability, and both are satisfied with leaving the customer in worse shape than they found them.

We bought a dishwasher from Lowe's, and Nickson was their authorized installer. Nickson technicians (2) arrived on time, identified themselves by name, and got right to work. One removed the old unit, the other unboxed and brought the new one inside. They tested the unit, made sure it was working properly, and had the job done in under 45 minutes. An all around great experience. My only issue was not being able to specify ""morning or afternoon"" for the appointment. There is a 4 hour window, but which 4 hours it will be depends on their route that day.

I would use Nickson Home Services again!

Purchased microwave through SEARS and Adam from Nickson installed it. The home office scheduled the installation soon after I received the microwave, they called day before with installation window, called when they were 10 minutes away and Adam did a great and professional job with the installation. Very positive experience.

Purchased a dishwasher thru Lowe's with installation; Nickson Home Service their installer of choice. I read the reviews with other's previous experiences and had reservations and expected the worst but they came out and it was an excellent experience so I may just depend on the installers you have. My team was lead lead by Ray and they couldn't have been nicer. They were on time, polite and install was perfect.
