We called Nick Taft on Monday and here was here as promised the next day at 8:00 am. Nick is a real professional and his work was done in a timely manner. Also, he had no problem with questions and was very honest about what needed to be done and offered solutions for future work that we need to have completed. This wasn't a big job for him to do and he completed it for a VERY reasonable price; he treated us with wonderful customer service and respect and we will not hesitate to call him in the future. After having listened to two other plumbing services try to ""sell us something costly that we didn't need"", Nick's honesty when it came to explaining the possible solutions to our plumbing issue was welcoming. Nick has helped me with several plumbing issues. He is always quick to answer the phone or return my call and every time I have needed a plumber he was able to provide service the same day. He gave me honest information and provided high quality service at a very reasonable price. He has taken care of my plumbing issues and water heater problems. From a clogged kitchen sink (requiring snaking almost to the street) to a complete loss of water in the shower to a broken water heater, Nick has been the guy to save the day! He walked me through an issue with my water heater over the phone instead of coming out and charging me for an unnecessary service call. I won't use any other plumber!

I had Nick do multiple jobs for us - such as install laundry water supply in the garage and fix/replace a broken toilet flange. He's done a great job researching parts I needed and did a great job. He is very respectful. Once we believed we had a water leak in our atic (based on sounds we heard), Nick came over, went through the whole attic just to tell us there's no leak and didn't charge us anything.

My mother-in-law moved into our home, with us because she is in need of care at the age of 90, we were not prepared our bathroom was not handicapped accessible,
We called Nick Taft Plumbing, explaining our situation Nick was more than willing to come out and measure the bathroom for a handicap rail, this has made our mother more comfortable and secure, she was afraid to get out the shower alone, this rail will help her keep her dignity, and the safety we wanted for her.

Was recommended to call Nick for some bathroom issues. First interacted through Facebook messenger because I'm too lazy to pick up the phone :-) After a few messages back and forth we spoke on the phone and set up an appointment. He showed up right on time and was very professional. Our bathtub has a hard to find spigot so he had to order it. He gave me a time when it would be in and when he could come back to finish the job. He was here to finish the job precisely when he said he would be, worked quickly and efficiently and was friendly and courteous. I would recommend Nick to anyone for their plumbing issues.

I recently had a clogged drain. I normally can fix it through normal cleansing, but this one was beyond my scope of knowledge. I call Nick Taft later that night and right away he gave me some pointers and assistance over the phone. We ended up deciding on snaking the pipes. He was able to fit me in the next day to perform the work. Came on time and fixed the clogged drain within 30 mins.
I also showed him a misting system I installed and told him about needing a few more couplers. Without a hitch he looked in his truck and gave me what I needed for no charge!
Great service! Will call him again for any work in the future.

Nick is a very capable, detail oriented plumber who will do your job right. We had him replace a tub/shower combination, and he worked quickly and efficiently, and coordinated with the tiler installer well too. The price was reasonable, and he came on time. I would recommend him very highly.

I had an issue with my kitchen sink and master shower/bath. Nick was great to work with! He arrived on time and fixed the sink (clogged by the previous homeowner with grease!) and then installed a new faucet in a short period of time. The parts I had purchased for my master bath were wrong, but Nick took the time to explain what I needed, then tracked down the parts for a cheaper price than what I had paid. He offered to come by another day to install them, which is awesome!
