Nick ghosted us after coming out to take a look at our main water line in order to prepare installing a salt water softening system in the garage. After clearly stating we would have him do the job and asked for a contract to be sent, he became unresponsive to our calls, voicemail, and text. Maybe this is a blessing in disguise, but definitely unprofessional. If he didn't want to take the job, then let the potential client know as we can understand. However, being unresponsive after coming out and discussing with us is just disrespectful and unprofessional overall. Definitely lost a great customer!

Highly recommend using Nick for your plumbing needs. We had him come out the end of 2019 for an issue created by our flooring guys and one of the toilets wouldn't flush anymore. Nick came out and had it fixed in a matter of minutes. Now we are moving due to military orders and we had nick come out to replace our thermocouple on the water heater and after inspecting it he said that it didn't look like it needed replacing and appeared to just need to be cleaned and blown out from all the debris. That is an honest person in my book. Instead of just taking our money he cleaned the ignition area for free. Highly recommend!!

Nick was great! I just bought a new gas dryer and couldn't budge the end cap on the gas pipe to hook it up. After several fruitless go-arounds with Lowe's, and trying to do it myself, I called Nick. He came the next morning and had it hooked up in no time. Will call again!

Nick is great! He was quick in answering my request for plumbing services. When we finally set a time and date, he showed up promptly on time. He took a look at my issue (kitchen sink would fill up with water when the washing machine right above it upstairs drained) and explained to me why it was happening. He told me exactly what he was going to do and what he recommended. He showed me that my garbage disposal had a leak in it and was probably going bad, so he offered to replace it at a discount. He even had one in his truck so he replaced it within minutes.

This is as good as it gets people because Nick is the real deal. He's friendly, very professional, honest, and does good work! I would definitely use him again.

We called Nick Taft on Monday and here was here as promised the next day at 8:00 am. Nick is a real professional and his work was done in a timely manner. Also, he had no problem with questions and was very honest about what needed to be done and offered solutions for future work that we need to have completed. This wasn't a big job for him to do and he completed it for a VERY reasonable price; he treated us with wonderful customer service and respect and we will not hesitate to call him in the future. After having listened to two other plumbing services try to ""sell us something costly that we didn't need"", Nick's honesty when it came to explaining the possible solutions to our plumbing issue was welcoming.
