My search for a plumber has ended. Nick Allen is the only plumber I will use in the future. He responds quickly, arrives on time and is very personable. No mess after he leaves either. Had him out to check a toilet that wasn't flushing completely every time. He put an auger down the toilet but encountered no obstructions. Flushing valve was working properly. He suggested I contact Toto and see if they had any suggestions or would offer a partial refund on a toilet only 3 years old. He didn't charge me because he said he wasn't here that long and he didn't solve my problem and just to use him if a new toilet has to be installed which I will definitely do. Can't beat that. Can't recommend Nick highly enough.

He had some good recommendations on a tankless water heater and answered my questions about replacing copper piping (30 year old copper in this neighborhood is problematic). Nick came out the next day after I contacted him and assessed the problem quickly. We were leaving on a family trip on January 2nd, and I was pleasantly surprised that Nick was willing to come out on New Year's Day (no extra charge!). He fixed the issue quickly and courteously and we left on our trip the next day with no worries about our leaky shower.

We had a slab leak, and have had a couple over the years. We called Nick, and he offered to fix the existing slab leak at a reasonable price, but we knew it was just a matter of time before we had another. We decided it was time to repipe the house with Pex. Nick's price was very reasonable and the crew was professional and did a great job. The drywall guy did an incredible job patching the holes. Once the repainting is completed, we won't even be able to tell where the holes were. We have used Nick for years for water heater replacement, hose bib replacement, and now this. We highly recommend Nick! He is honest and professional. You won't be disappointed with Nick Allen Plumbing.
