We have had many great experiences working with Nick Allen! Nick has always been very professional reliable and works very efficiently. We recently decided to renovate our master bath which required moving drains vent pipes and rerouting some plumbing within our walls. NICK came in and provided a thorough overview of what we could expect and what his plan was. As is the case in many situations, once walls were opened our original plan had to be modified. Nick Presented a variety of options for us to choose from and helped us select the best option that would meet our end goals and budgetary needs. I would highly recommend NICK to anyone who needs a reliable plumber.

My search for a plumber has ended. Nick Allen is the only plumber I will use in the future. He responds quickly, arrives on time and is very personable. No mess after he leaves either. Had him out to check a toilet that wasn't flushing completely every time. He put an auger down the toilet but encountered no obstructions. Flushing valve was working properly. He suggested I contact Toto and see if they had any suggestions or would offer a partial refund on a toilet only 3 years old. He didn't charge me because he said he wasn't here that long and he didn't solve my problem and just to use him if a new toilet has to be installed which I will definitely do. Can't beat that. Can't recommend Nick highly enough.

Just had Nick take a look at a leak behind my water heater. Showed up on time, reasonable service charge and fixed the leak. He had some good recommendations on a tankless water heater and answered my questions about replacing copper piping (30 year old copper in this neighborhood is problematic). I would recommend Nick and will be calling him for my next plumbing project.
