We had a clog in our kitchen sink that we were unable to resolve ourselves after a couple of days (we tried opening the pipe ourselves, using a plunger, and using an enzyme dissolvant and none of these worked). The plumber was able to fix the issue with his specialized tool in a few minutes. Super easy to book via Yelp and a no-fuss experience -- exactly what we wanted!

We woke up on a Saturday to find our hot water heater had cracked and was leaking water all over the place! I called a few companies and ultimately went with Orlando and Next Level...so glad I did. He showed up on time, prepared, and was clean and efficient. He did a great job on the install and even replaced a valve that I forgot to mention when I called him, but he noticed it and swapped it out. His price was very reasonable and he was super easy to work with. Gonna make him my go-to guy! Highly recommend!

Orlando and his team did a great job in an emergency situation. I had a gas leak and PG&E shut off my gas right before the weekend so we had no heat or hot water. Next Level gave me an accurate assessment of the job, including dangers of doing short cuts. I compared with several other companies and the quote I got was the best value for the price I paid. The assessment also included factoring in that the piping repair would cost more in the long run if we didn't fix it properly now.

Our kitchen pipe clogged and I found this service company on yelp, the reviews are excellent and Orlando responded pretty quickly, and was able to come to my house the next day. However, after trying a few times to de-clog with his tool, he declared he can not fix it with his snake and we had to replace the pipes. It sounded a bit too far and beyond than what I expected. So I decided to call another plumber to get a second opinion, and the new plumber was able to nail the job and we don't need to replace pipes at all! So I do not like Orlando's service and would not recommend him to anyone.

I found our ceiling was soaked and water leaked everywhere in the garage on a Friday night. I messaged Orlando and he showed up 8am Saturday. He opened our ceiling and patched it back after everything was OK.
Orlando also helped us installed a brand new tankless water heater. I contacted other installers previously, they said my gas pipe near the heater wasn't wide enough, so it would be an additional $2k to have that upgraded. Orlando was resourceful when routing the gas pipes, so we didn't pay a penny for the gas pipe issue. He installed the heater securely and fast. I highly recommend him!
