We had a drain blockage in the main line and I asked Orlando for help (it was late evening on Saturday).
Orlando came on Sunday morning, quickly identified the reason, ran the drain snake machine through the line and extracted a huge pile of roots from the pipe, solving the problem.
The cost was very reasonable and Orlando charged exactly what he gave as an estimate during the initial chat.

Great communication, showed up on time and done the job. We needed our roman bath faucet replacing but then also had to replace the valve which meant cutting pipes etc. It also involved removing bath panel to get to the pipes and then sticking it back as well. They took a bit extra time as I thought it would do, but they didn't complain or ask for more money or anything. They stuck to the quote given and were very professional. Would recommend their services.

Orlando responded very quickly, like I was chatting with him. His price is reasonable, I didn't need extra effort to negotiate. But I guess it is just suitable for simple and small projects. For complex ones, it is still a good idea to have some consultation and estimation first.

His team is very efficient. My clogged kitchen drain was solved very fast.
