Next Level Plumbing Services did an excellent job! I had a water main breakage between the water meter and the main faucet to the house. My house had copper pipes already. The tree root and probably the earthquake day before caused the main breakage. Orlando gave a very very reasonable estimate for a Spot Repair and communicate effectively throughout the process. The job was done very quickly by Edmond and the team followed by an excellent cleanup. I would definitely recommend them.

Orlando came and replaced our sump pump in April. It did not rain till December and that's is when the sump pump went on.

There were some issues with sump pump as it was cycling very frequently. I called Orlando and he immediately responded and addressed the issue and even went beyond what was expected by doing some minor trenching work. All of this was covered in warranty and he did not ask for anything. Amazing service , prompt response and great professionalism.

This is the 3rd time I've used this service. They are amazing, I called them Friday morning, they showed up a couple hours later. What should have been a $170 quick clogged drain fix turned into a $300 fix. After a half day of work they uncovered a need for a more expensive fix but didn't charge me the $300 because they couldn't fix my system. They came back the next day with a more expensive estimate and worked hard to make sure we had a functional drain system. They didn't charge me more than the new estimate even though the crew ran into a lot of obstacles.

When one of our sprinkler system's pipe broke, these guys came very quickly, and very reasonably priced.

Work was done efficiently and the problem was fixed. Would hire them again.

After confirming with Orlando on Saturday, if he will be ok with the appointment on Monday which a holiday ""Memorial Day"". He or someone from the office canceled my appointment @8:49am on Monday morning without notifying me. I'm pretty sure he's great at his workmanship if he shows up. I will never again look for service through Yelp again, if this is what I get.
