We had two experiences with NEXGEN. The first was an emergency repair. The second was for a major renovation: epoxy pipe coating. If you only want to read about the big job, please scroll down.

QUICK FIX: CLOGGED DRAINS. We had a plumbing emergency in the middle of the holiday season. Our showers were draining slowly. As the day went on, It got progressively worse. We put calls out to several companies. NEXGEN was the fastest responder and had the earliest availability. They started with a three-hour window, but it narrowed quickly and the technician, Dylan, arrived as promised. The communication with dispatch was very good and we knew exactly when to expect him.

When he arrived, Dylan inspected the pipes. We discussed possible causes. Then he used a camera to inspect the pipes. Dylan diagnosed the problem and fixed it. The charge for the fix was very very reasonable. We were back in business but there was a structural problem that needed to be addressed.

BIG PROBLEM: RUSTY PIPES. I'm no specialist, so I'll put it in terms us old people understand: the house had high cholesterol. The iron pipes that were installed in the mid 20th Century had rusted over time. The rust created sediment that clogged the drains. And the rust was a product of the pipes decomposing. How do I know this? Dylan showed us an inside view of the pipes via camera. It was not that different from what a cardiologist might use, just on a much larger scale.

Dylan explained two possible solutions: replace the pipes or fix the existing pipes. We decided to fix the pipes with an epoxy spray. This is an option that made sense for us. Tyler gave us a great price and arranged for a financing plan that made the pill much easier to swallow. NEXGEN scheduled the work to be completed in less than one week. The crew was professional, working quickly to finish the job on time. There was minimal impact to daily life, especially compared to the disruptions that would have been caused by replacing the pipes.

Mario did a great job helped my family with the ac I learned a couple of things like telling me about how every often u change the battery also long often are u supposed to change the filters if I could tell him anything it would be thank you for educating me

I wanted a no hassle professional chain to get a jobe done quickly qithout CL scammers. Professional service and disclosed everything to be done but they are astronomically overpriced and it's excessive; like 300% - 400%. Contact a local realtor or property manager and get a referral for local contractor.

Had a great experience with service provider Isaac. He came to fix my toilet and check water pressure to my condo. He was very pleasant and professional, explained everything to me and showed me what the issues were. I believe I received a fair price for needed repair parts/labor.
