Love the fact that they came in wearing a mask for safety is number one right now. They were right on time right on schedule very polite very knowledgeable of his job technicians name is Roger wonderful work. Great customer service great response to phone calls. We recently moved to the Coachella Valley and this is our full time home.
The existing AC was only 7 years old and it definitely wasn't working to our needs. It was installed by an inferior competitor.
When my Best friend ( who happens to own his own very successful HVAC company in Georgia) came to visit he looked at my system and diagnosed what we needed to solve our AC issue.
We called a few competitors of NEXGEN and we were not impressed with the equipment or the estimate.
When Sean From NEXGEN came out to look at our needs he made us feel confident that they were the company to use.
The crew that came the next day (on time) were very professional and courteous. The system included all new ducting, additional returns, and insulation.

I am extremely satisfied with the new system. The home is getting too the perfect temperature and will end up saving me 30% on my electric bill.

Don't waste your time with the other ""Hack"" AC companies. NEXGEN will be the best company by far

Had a air conditioning problem on a Sunday so we called a couple of businesses to help us. It is going to be 105 degrees today and needed someone quick! The first place I called said 4-7 pm. That is not going to help us so I called NexGen Air in Palm Desert and they said about a hour or more. In one half hour Manny came to our rescue. He was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable and very Friendy too! I put their business number in my phone because I will not call anyone but them. We Highly recommend NexGen Air and Heating and particularly Manny!!!

I had my unit serviced by jonatan dimas (IE) from NEXGEN and he was very pleasant and was very informative. He was observant of the condition of our filter and animal situation that he recommend an upgrade that would help with better air filtration. The only regret i have with this company is that i didnt use them earlier. Anyone needing a company with a personal touch a d integrity look no further.

Nexgen's team installed a new 4 ton A/C unit today. Their team was Juan and Juan. They were punctual, proficient and professional in every aspect of their work. Despite the very hot weather - it was 110F - they didn't miss a beat. Their attention to every detail was impressive. I sense they care so much about doing first rate work because it's simply their nature. The truly enjoy being members of Nexgen's team and take pride in their work.

Our AC broke we called had someone there within an hour! Not to mention the great customer service from the technician and options. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Best service I've had! I've been in the valley for 20 years too!

Nexgen manager Sean Norman makes it easy to keep your house in good working order . Scheduling appointments for repairs and visits is fast and the technicians arrive on time. Carter Mendoza was here today and did a great job servicing and repairing our A/C system, I have used them ever since moving to the desert and plan to continue.
