I had a leaking in my home call them i need leak detector do you have also can take of leak the reception said yes on the day they did not bring they postpone for another day with leaking ,on that day they say there seem area in yard under tile but not sure ,i told them would you check near meter if ant valve or pipe going to yard they told charging to dig 700.00whcich I accept on digging they damage the pipe telling should be change only from meter to home which ten feet is 10,000 dollars and the other part that bring water to yard and sprinkle we should take care later that i do not accept ,the only thing they did patch the damage they did and charge me the digging, brought another company leak was not from place they said and they fix fast.

My tub was backed up and I was dreading calling my plumber because the last time he charged me $300 to clear it. I looked around online and found NexGen with an amazing special for $88.

I called and Veronica answered my call. First thing I noticed was how professional and service oriented she was. Super nice girl!

My appointment was scheduled with Abel. His communication in regard to his arrival was awesome which was my special request.

Now, this five star review is for everyone that I dealt with at NexGen. However, it's the service person who comes into your home that can create a repeat customer or not and Abel did just that.
He was so professional, so kind, so communicative really went above and beyond!

If you need plumbing service, you can't go wrong by calling this company and if you can request Abel you'll be very happy you did!

This a review for Abel. Abel is great. Came to our house as quick as he could, fixed our problem, inspected our other plumbing, and did it all at a great value. Please keeping read though, because despite the 5* for Abel, you should be prepared.

The dispatch desk is kind of a mess. I've used NexGen before and they were on the money, but this time they misquoted the ETA by like 3 hours. That's pretty sloppy. Luckily Abel showed up and did great. That's why his review is here. For him, not for the dispatch desk. Tighten ship, team. Tighten up.

I had NexGen come out today to service my water heater and give me estimates on some plumbing Jobs. They sent a plumber named Abel. What an incredible, hard-working, honest, and gracious young man. I came upon NexGen because they were personally referred to me for a furnace replacement. That experience was wonderful, and now that I've used them for both HVAC and plumbing, I can recommend them with confidence for both. These days, when there are so many cases of bad experiences, questionable business practices, and people taking advantage of consumers, it is refreshing to not have to worry about those things, plus they do top notch, quality work! Go with NexGen for your HVAC and plumbing needs! If you can, definitely request Abel for your plumbing jobs, you will not be sorry!

Absolutely a NO! High pressure sales. Quoted me a price over 8k and offered financing. I was suspicious, so got second opinion for $850 and it was all that was needed. Also without my request sent out a Plummer to find more high priced items to fix that with 2nd opinions did not need fixing. Truly scam artist
