We had a clog issue with our dishwasher. I called to setup an appointment and they were able to send a technician the next day. The technician was very friendly and helpful. He was able to fix the clog and also took the time to answer any questions. I would recommend NexGen, great experience.

The man who fixed our AC arrived when expected. He was friendly and efficient and got our ac running nice and cold!

We just purchased our home and made the mistake of making an appointment before we consulted our home warranty. So we had to pay out of pocket for a $700 t
repair. But it broke during the wild heatwave and when there were fires in our area. So we didn't have a lot of time or patience for red tape. In the future I will check first. In the end we got what we needed.

Murphy's Law! Our A/C unit gave up the ghost right as the heat wave began. NexGen was the company that could get to me the earliest. The office confirmed I still needed service two days prior and on that day the tech, Justin, who works out of the Simi office arrived right on time. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and well spoken. Before he even left his Project Manager, Edson, called to discuss the situation. It's a relief to have a bright tech in your home to explain things clearly! Great service all around.

AC took a dive during a heatwave. Scheduled an appointment for next available window on a Saturday with NexGen for repair. Not only did they fix the issue, they also called me earlier in the week to let me know they had an tech (Alex) that could visit during an earlier window on Thursday.
