I had NexGen come out today to service my water heater and give me estimates on some plumbing Jobs. They sent a plumber named Abel. What an incredible, hard-working, honest, and gracious young man. I came upon NexGen because they were personally referred to me for a furnace replacement. That experience was wonderful, and now that I've used them for both HVAC and plumbing, I can recommend them with confidence for both. These days, when there are so many cases of bad experiences, questionable business practices, and people taking advantage of consumers, it is refreshing to not have to worry about those things, plus they do top notch, quality work! Go with NexGen for your HVAC and plumbing needs! If you can, definitely request Abel for your plumbing jobs, you will not be sorry!

Absolutely a NO! High pressure sales. Quoted me a price over 8k and offered financing. I was suspicious, so got second opinion for $850 and it was all that was needed. Also without my request sent out a Plummer to find more high priced items to fix that with 2nd opinions did not need fixing. Truly scam artist

We just had our biannual checkup on our heating system. Rolando was very thorough, explained everything he was doing, as well as what we might do to improve the system . He cleaned the areas needed and checked the system to make sure it was operating efficiently. We appreciate his attention to detail . Making sure the area was clean was icing on the cake.

I had an issue with my Central AC unit shutting off and not cooling properly. Had Nexgen come out for a tuneup and now it is working as it should. Jesse was the service technician and he explained everything in detail as to what issues were and what to expect. He did have to replace a part and add freon, which was extra money from tuneup cost, but necessary. The reason for my 3 star review is due to the cost. I do believe it was high in comparison to other companies. The service was good.

Sr. Tech Felipe and Tech in Training Jesse where dispatch yesterday to fix a reoccurring leak in my A/C unit that Nexgen installed 4 years ago. This leak has been a reoccurring issue, which of course only exposes itself when it rains. In the past the techs would never go into the attic to look at the unit but instead just slap some black sealant on the exterior of the unit on the seam where the unit meets the platform, which over the course of the year the sealant dries, cracks and we have the leak issue all over again.

After hearing my story and watching a video of the water leaking into my attic, Felipe went up in the attic to get a full assessment of the situation, right away he could see the issue as daylight was coming in from where the unit meets the platform.

Felipe and Jesse spent a great deal of time on my roof, sealing the unit with a different product that weathers better that should last for several years and really securing the unit to the platform. They did multiple quality control checks, going from the roof to the attic to make sure the unit was 100% sealed and while they were here they performed a summer maintenance on my unit.

Felipe and Jesse are both very pleasant and professional. Jesse is in good training hands, because Felipe really knows his stuff!.....For the first time in years I feel very confident that the next rain I will NOT need to call Nexgen!

I give 5+ stars to the team of Felipe and Jesse, and will 100% be requesting Felipe for any future A/C servicing.

Justin was very polite but was unable to repair my air conditioning unit due to age of it and the condition. He also is called to his supervisor to set up an appointment to see how much it would cost to replace the AC and heating system.

I wanted to let your office know how much I appreciate Justin for taking his time and diagnosing our A/C problem. He presents himself as very professional. He fully explained to me what's causing the air not blowing enough cool air, and he made some recommendations for a replacement of the unit that will lower our electricity bill and save us money.

I decided it was time to get my HVAC system inspected and contacted NexGen for an inspection/tuneup. Justin called me in advance to let me know around what time he would be arriving. As soon as he showed up, he introduced himself and let me know what he would be doing. After completing his inspection, he gave me good news that my HVAC system was running smoothly. He did suggest some services that would boost the performance of my AC unit as well as protect it from any power surges. Justin explained everything very thoroughly and was never pushy when it came to their services. I'm very happy with Justin's professionalism and I will definitely be contacting them for my future needs. Thanks Justin!
