I called Nexgen for a quote and my technician Jessie was extremely knowledgeable with the services and different products. He answered all my questions thoroughly. Excellent customer service. Came in with shoe bottles without even me offering a pair. I would 100% recommend Nexgen but more particularly Jessie. Will definitely use them for all my plumbing if needed.

I called for a quote for our furnace and later found out it has been recalled and unsafe to use anymore . Martin was the one who came to our home to look at it and told us . He was very caring and concerned for our safety . I realize it's his job to sell us but I really think he loves his job and cares for people . My husband and I made a appointment to meet with Jeff his boss the next day and he was the same kind of person just to friendly and kind and funny too . Well needless to say we will be getting a new furnace and air conditioner tomorrow. I will be honest it's not cheap but I just really feel they will do a good job . I will let you know after the work is done .

Filing a complaint with plumbing department for failing to complete job at my home since 5/9/22 permits not approved. Have a hazard at the end of my driveway since july 2022 with an open hole and a warped plywood covering it. If any damage is caused to any pedestrians or vehicles I will send the information to NEXGEN as the liable party. No contact has been made to have a resolution and have had multiple representatives supposedly elevate the issue. Spoke with Thomas on 7/9/22 for a resolution on the plumbing job and to date going on 7 months without one.

Run and look for a more reputable company because they will complete the job take yout money and ignore you!

Do not recommend NexGen for HVAC maintenance. They installed my filter backwards when I had them out for their $88 service. Plus their prices are waaay too high when compared with competitors and industry pricing. They don't provide an itemized breakdown of their costs, just a flat figure, and it is usually double what you'd expect to pay with a mom and pop hvac company. Do your research and save your hard earned dollars.

Called NexGen out because our Hvac system was not working. Tim and Carlos took the time to go through our unit and found some problems that potentially could be dangerous to our health. They were knowledgeable, friendly and the price they quoted was in line with other companies.
The next day we had our new unit installed and we couldn't be happier. The four man crew of Sergio, Isaias, Jorge and Andreas were amazing to work with. They were professional, courteous, helpful, clean and the install only took five hours! We totally recommend NexGen to anyone needing a new a/c or heating unit.

NexGen came out to the house the same day and checked everything in our heater. They first tried to repair before recommending replacement. They even gave repair options but we opted to replace and they came back the very next day to install the new heater! They were all very helpful, polite, respectful, and explained everything they were doing and why. The communication from them is excellent!!! We are extremely happy with our new heating and air conditioning! I recommend them to everybody!!!

I failed to clean the drain myself, and the equipment I bought online didn't work. I called them, made a reservation, and Arron showed up. He has professional equipment, and communicated very well. he do it in 15 minutes or so, and the price is reasonable. I highly recommend their company.

Our AC would stopped working intermittently. We did not know what was going on. My wife found Nexgen on Google. The person we talked to on the phone was able to quickly scheduled a technician to come service our AC the very next day. The technician Carlos came on time, was very courteous and customer friendly. He was knowledgeable, quickly found the problem to our issue and fixed it. He also made some very good recommendation which we will implement soon. He even helped clean out the dirt of the outdoor AC unit so it may run better. Keep up the good works!

Thank you Nexgen for getting the job done after dealing with this heat for 2 months and being ghosted from my previous contractor. Just want to say a big Thank you to Pedro and Marcus who have been great from the start. Pedro was very thorough in inspection and didn't beat around the bush on what needed to be done unlike my previous contractor who just played guessing games while charging me and making things worse. Marcus did everything to help us with getting everything done from choosing a new system and insulation to fixing the big hole in my ceiling . I couldn't believe how fast the workers were able to get everything done. Marcus was always available when I had questions or concerns and didn't make me feel as if I was a burden. Sandra at customer service was also very helpful every time I called. Sandra also answered my questions or returned my call in a short time. Again just want to say THANK YOU Nexgen for your service.
