After searching, and reading reviews, my husband and I decided to call NexGen AC . Our repair tech Robert Ramos was such a wonderful tech. He was on time, was very communicative , and very honest ( which I truly appreciate his feedback). What we loved the most is that he didn't talk to us as ""customers"" but more as if we were his friends. He told us the prices, and also suggested what was better for us in the long run. He was very professional and obviously knows his craft. We decided to go with a new unit, like Robert suggested. My husband and I are so happy and excited to enjoy our new AC system.

Absolutely loved the repair specialist ""Jonatan D."" (Rancho Cucamonga) that help is with our HVAC repair. He was extremely commutative, on-time, respectful, great sense of humor and over all resource full of knowledge.

He helped us get through a minor repair at a reasonable cost. He was able to explain the repair in terms I could understand and allow me to ask questions for clarity.

Only a 5 star rating because I can't do 10. Nexgen is doing it right, from the second I called and spoke to their operator I instantly knew they were different. The gentleman on the phone was curtiouse, respectful and professional. He was upfront with their pricing and availability, said my tech would be at my door between 9am and 11am and gave me an honest resonable estimate for service on my Tankless water heater. Cut to the next day my technician Casey called at 8am to let me know he was on his way and sure enough was at my door at 9am. When Casey arrived he LISTENED to my concerns and immediately root caused my issue and got to work on my existing 5 year old heater. Casey was super friendly and professional the nicest plumber I've met (I've met a few this week trying to get my issues fixed) Based on his inspection and the information I gave him he recommended that have the system flushed. He gave me a price for the service from their price list a not one he made up on the spot. $250 Price was absolutely resonable ,he did the work in no time and instantly my heater was up and running better then ever. I now have consistent water temp in my shower and my heater sounds a million times better (can't even hear it now). Casey was awesome he made some solid recommendations for services I should look into to prevent this from happening again and provided me quotes on the spot again from a set price list. I will absolutely be using Nexgen again when I move forward with the recommendations Casey made. Nexgen was awesome I could not be happier with my experience with them.

The day before I had Roto Rotter out, the first guy they sent was an hour late to their 4hour service window. He had to call another guy because he didn't know how to work on tankless water heaters even though I had given their rude operator the make and model on my heater. The second guy came out 3 hours later smelled and looks high. LOOKED at the heater didn't touch it, run the water or listen to it operate and immediately recommend I replace it at a cost of over $3000, said it wasn't worth me spending money on the service. Said it would be $90 for him to diagnose the error code that was clearly identified in the owners manual, and $400 for the flushing plus parts. Was super insistent on me committing to his price and scheduling the service. I will never again call Roto Rooter

Their salesperson promised to replace our shower tub enclosure. They demolished without having all parts ready plus they installed the wrong size so we have a gap between the tub and our flooring. Beware do not have them lure you to failed promises. We are without our second bathroom since the Tuesday after Memorial Day.

Supervisor Tim E, repairman Christian, installers Gabriel and Michael were Awesome! They were punctual, friendly, courteous and very efficient. They replaced my entire HVAC system. After completion, Tim did a walk through to make sure that everything was working properly.
My husband and I are extremely happy with the product and services that NexGen performed. Kudos to NexGen.

Robert Ramos was so professional. He came in and explained what he was doing. He also had complete PPE (mask and shoe cover) while inside the house. He took care of my AC concerns. Would recommend.

We had the AC replaced about two months ago. The AC went down twice due to a hard-to-find leak.
The system was brought back up within one day both times.
Response time was excellent. The service was fast and professional.
