Danny was very friendly, and knowledgeable about our heating unit. This unit is over 40 years old and had never been serviced! He was very kind and patient with us explaining what we could do to prolong the service of the unit. His kind demeanor left us feeling better prepared and ready to have him service our unit again should the need arise. We appreciated his time and efforts. Although the price may seem high, the quality of service and the friendliness of our technician was equally as high.

I needed a plumber to fix a shower head that was dripping.
They sent out a technician that according to Tom, manager, has over 20 years of experience.
Yes, the technician replaced the shower cartridge that was faulty.
It took him less than 1.5 hrs to complete this job. I was charged 435.00 to complete this job.
This was an outrageous charge even for a 20 year experienced technician. I will never call on this company for service again.

We had a great service team with Douglas and sales mgr Marcus as well install Javier and his group of installers knocked it out of ballpark we are so great full to all the professionalism and attention to detail setting up running new ducts and the cleanup was more then what we thought but now we'll have a warner winter and better summers out in Ontario,Ca

They quoted me $22k for a new a/c unit for a 748 sq unit condo. They did check the unit and told me that it's very old and wouldn't last. The issue that I was experiencing with the a/c was that it would shut off after 2 minutes and couldn't start again.
I did get a second opinion. All it needed was to hose it down to clean it and add freon! The a/c is working great and it's only 12 yrs old. Apparently NexGen is known to rip off clients. Do Not hire them!!

We called this company because we had just bought a new washer and dryer set and the valves needed to be replaced. The appt was scheduled between 4-6pm on Friday, 6:05 we called ( they should've called us) and the office stated that he was running behind and would be an hour late. 8pm we call again and they put us on hold and then said apparently the tablet he uses did not update him with this appt ( you may recall the 1st call they said he was running behind , now the appt was never received) however they would come out the next day. The next day the young man was on time, but did not have all of the tools and hardware needed for the job and he was here all day, cut a hole into the wall that he could not patch but could sub it out to someone... NO Thanks...The price was the kicker after all of this. They claimed they gave us a good discount but I will never use this company again and would not ever recommend anyone to use them. In the picture you will see we put a level today because it didn't look straight, not even close to level.

I just bought a new pump exactly one year ago from NexGen. In April I had a back-up issue, and then the same issue happened again a few days ago. There were many calls back and forth and techs coming out, with a different response each time. I talked with Tommy M. and he was patient, he listened to me, and he was understanding. Though the pump had just went out of warranty, he was able to get a Quality Control Specialist to come out quickly. The Specialist resolved the issue in less than one hour, gave us some excellent maintenance tips, and everything is working like a charm. I can't thank Tommy enough for the time and effort he put in for my issue to be resolved. I highly recommend NexGen's plumbing services.
