Our dry wall on the ceiling gets flooded and Pablo helped us out! He cut the corroded copper tube and replaced with new/good quality tubes. Everything's done nice and clean, done perfectly and fast! Very impressive work! Very friendly people! Very smooth communication! Highly recommended company!!!

Second time using NexGen. Joshua has been very helpful and friendly in doing an annual service/maintenance call. Install scheduled for the next day to update AC condenser and still happy with the heating system we did with them last year.

These young ladies tried to get anybody who could help contact me ASAP. Its in vein. Thet never return the call after 5 years of fighting Nexgen to repair my lawn. Their own metal turbines ruined by melting portions of my artifical turf on day it was 113 degrees . I paid $17k to contractor for lawn. $6,000 for artifical turf and $1000 for labor. I asked $7k for reimbursement. They said its too much!
I paid Nexgen $27k for system after seeing ad for $5400 which David, project manager S aid it wouldn't match or something. Upsold me $27k and guy told me I couldn't keep final payment of almost $6k as they are aware of it. 5 year of phone call and emails barely returned.
Past three weeks I paid Nexgen $1850, $985 and $295 for roofing,plumbing and electrical. Yes? Call for service return asap!! No discount, no mention of my lawn. I'm 64 year old widow with disabled 43 year old son
I have multiple medical problems that result in numerous doctor visits and multiple hospital stays. I was told today, Regional Manager Bill would contact me today. I'll update if he contacts me a d provide status of phone call. I eve email the owner. Naturally, no response. It's unbelievable as they admit their negligence, they say $7k which is exactly what I paid is too much!?

This review is for technician Noah. He installed an additional vent into a new room that was added to the house. He worked with me to get a good deal and followed up every step of the way. He was responsive and went above and beyond.

Noah came down and assessed my AC needs. He conducted a thorough check of my AC unit and made recommendations. He was very detailed on his assessment and he provided detailed explanations as to why things needed to get done.

I had a very old air conditioning system. I met with Randi and he set me up to get new system. He was very knowledgeable and explained in detail what I needed Price is a little steep but what isn't these days. I got professionalism from all techs concerned. They were friendly and took pride in their work. I had a few issues after. but I called and they sent some one out within a few days and they were always punctual and extra helpful. Hopefully the permit will be pulled soon so we can get an inspection. If you want a job done quickly and efficiently. They are the ones to call.

My heater was blowing cold air. Christian came out and looked at the furnace and diagnosed the problem right away ; a very minor fix. It needed no parts , a valve had condensation in it . It was fixed by blowing into it. I expected to pay but he said no charge because ""it was nothing""
