Even though I had my air conditioner serviced in the spring, come July it wasn't working. NexGen came out quickly and found the wiring issue in my breaker box that caused the problem. AC was back on by that evening and got the information needed to get the electrician out to solve the problem.

It's been about 7 months since I got my system installed and I had such a great experience with David Moreno and Jonathan Demas that this review is past due. I had an old system that kept giving me trouble every year I knew I would need a new system soon. Jonathan came educated me and honestly I didn't feel pressure to buy one but I leaned alot. David came gave me a quote on different options. After comparing different companies I decided that Nextgen would be the best for me. Both gentleman very kind and professional. When Jonathan and nextgen came the first time and to install the system they were very productive and professional. Used shoe cover before entering and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend Nextgen.

I hired them to fix gas leaks in a condo in Ontario. They did detect the leak and did the fix. However, they charged $1,800 which is too high. I should have hired a general plumber/handyman and saved some $$$.

I called Nexgen for a quote and my technician Jessie was extremely knowledgeable with the services and different products. He answered all my questions thoroughly. Excellent customer service. Came in with shoe bottles without even me offering a pair. I would 100% recommend Nexgen but more particularly Jessie. Will definitely use them for all my plumbing if needed.
