Had a very positive experience with NexGen today. I requested a maintenance service for my AC to get ready for the summer. Juan, the technician, was very knowledgeable, he walked me through the process and recommended the corrective actions to keep my AC unit in good shape for the summer and beyond. I called NexGen at around 9am because my handyman likely blew something when attempting to install an ecobee smart thermostat. NexGen's front office told me that they would send Juan that same day at 12pm. Juan arrived promptly at 12pm and got to work. He was meticulous, respectful and took the time to explain things to me when I fired what felt like a hundreds of questions at him. Juan was able to fix my handyman's mistake in less than 15 mins - this is a true testament to his years of HVAC knowledge. THANK YOU JUAN! I highly recommend NexGen - specifically Juan. Tom walked me through the process and took the time to explain things to me. He didn't try to sell me anything but gave me an education, which I appreciated. Juan came to my house for a tune-up on my AC. He called to ask if he can come earlier than scheduled time and of course I said yes!! I didn't want to spend the all day waiting. He did what he had to do and after checking my unit he found some issues. I didn't understand what he was talking about but he took his time explaining to me and showing me pictures. I felt very at ease afterwards because I knew he was being honest which is very rare. I was so impressed with his knowledge and willingness to help me with suggestions and options. Unfortunately, I wasn't financially able to take care of it right away but because of Juan's exceptional customer service and how much time he spent explaining to me and and taking time to answer all my concerns, I will definitely contact NexGen when I'm ready. I will also refer family, friends, and any neighbors that inquire about having their AC or heater unit checked
