I signed up for an HVAC and plumbing plan when I first moved into my newly built condo. Since both systems were brand new, I wanted to ensure they remained in working order and last as long as possible. I've had 2 years of preventative maintenance so far and I can honestly say it has been money well spent. For the most recent service call on my HVAC system, I had the privilege of working with David R. Professional is an understatement when describing David R. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained every component of the system including what can happen if the system was not maintained. He did an exquisite job cleaning the condenser and air intake. Next Gen technician Robert was honest and extremely knowledgeable and competent to get the job done. We had a smell coming from the furnace...no aggressive upsell - inspected the unit, found the issue and recommended a deep cleaning...it's only been an hour since the service was completed but so far so good. No smell- just the cleaning solution smell which he said would be prevalent- just letting the AC run to get that smell out. As of now, I'd recommend Next Gen.

Called Nexgen for service to my AC. Robert Santis from Nexgen came out. He was very nice and friendly. He asked what I needed and I explained to Robert that I wanted to make sure my AC is ready for the summer.
He explained everything he was going to do. He took the time to explain step by step what he was doing which I appreciated very much. Robert was the first technician that opened the grill to all 4 sides of my AC unit and showed me how it needed some good cleaning. I told him I do wash it down ever so often but have never removed the grills. He did an amazing job washing all sides of my unit. It looked so much better. He cleaned the drain where the condensation drains from. After Robert was done I could feel the difference when my AC turned on. It felt a lot cooler. I highly recommend Robert Santis from Nexgen to service your AC unit.

This company is hard to get a hold of after repairs. I have contacted them three times and 2/3 times somehow the call was ""disconnected"". I spoke with Stefany about obtaining an updated invoice as they messed up the model number on my invoice. She hangs up when the questions get tough. I asked her when I should expect an updated invoice & she said ""at the project managers convenience"". Save yourself a headache and DO NOT come here.

We had our water heater flushed today and some problems looked at, Maurice was our technician and he was very friendly, easy to talk to, and even came back to help with a water pressure issue! Great communication and helpful.
