At 16, Ismael Valdez began his career in HVAC and now has more than 15 years of experience. He has worked in every role, from conducting walkthroughs and providing estimates to overseeing managerial and executive functions. This our third time employing NextGen and everytime we've been 100% satisfied. Art from NextGen was on-time, professional and courteous. He checked all the areas that needed to be checked and finally determined that our overflow was clogged. We would call Art from NexGen in a heartbeat!

Had to have an estimate on air/heating system to be serviced. Keifer King was sent to do the job. Keifer is very polite, I was alone at the time and Keifer made me feel comfortable. He explained everything to me in plain English so I understood all that had to be done. In my last review, I had requested Keifer be assigned to me again to finish the job. Keifer and Ryan were sent to my house yesterday. These to young gentlemen were so thorough and so nice. It was 98 degrees outside I just can't imagine the temp in my attic but no complaints from either of them. I couldn't ask anything more. Ryan and Keifer both ROCK !!!!!

Casey came out to fix a leak under the sink and found out it was the Air gap for the dishwasher. He was very informative and fixed the problem with no issues. Great company to work with and will definitely call them again.

My ductless AC unit stopped working in the middle of a heatwave. I had called numerous HVAC companies and all of them told me they didn't service mini ductless systems. I called NextGen out of desperation and they promptly got back to me and sent an AMAZING technician out to see my 2 units. Keifer was on time, meticulous with his service and was dedicated to making sure I had 2 working systems before he left. He stayed very late just to complete the service and truly was a lifesaver. Thank you Keifer and NextGen!

Our Air Conditioner stopped working on Sunday with the outside temps pushing 100+. I reached out to NexGen Air Heating and Air Conditioning on Monday for an evaluation. I was told the technician would not be here until after 5:00pm, they asked if that was OK with that. No other choice, I said sure.
Around 1:30 the technician called and asked if he could arrive between 2:00 and 2:30... Sure!
I was working in the side yard at 2:15 when the technician (Roger C.) arrived. We discussed what problems we were having and symptoms we were experiencing. With that information, Roger went to the back to the Compressor, removed the side panel and confidently said ""it was the capacitor"". He powered off the system, removed the capacitor, retrieved a new one from his truck, installed the new capacitor, powered it back up and successfully tested it.
Roger went into the house to check the air filters and did a temperature test (at the return and one of the ducts). Roger explained that there should be a 15 - 20-degree difference, otherwise the system may need additional refrigerant. Fortunately, we were within those criteria.
Roger was truly Knowledgeable of our AC unit, Polite in his communication, Personable in his interactions and fully answered my questions.
I would not hesitate to call NexGen again for any issues with our HVAC system.

Last summer, July 2021 we had NEXGEN install our AC; having such great experience with them, I decided to get a quote today for the plumbing. NEXGEN Sent out Manuel, who was very courteous and professional. He called me to let me know he was en route and gave me and ETA. Upon arrival, he instantly greeted my toddler and baby, creating a positive and friendly atmosphere. I totally recommend NEXGEN, they carry the PRO in Professional.

Today Tanner from NexGen came by for scheduled HVAC (Ac and Heating) services, he is very knowledgeable of the trade, courteous, and patient in answering all of my questions.

One of my Nest thermostat stopped working and I found NexGen on yelp. I contacted NexGen in the morning and they were able to send someone the same day. It turns out it was a simple issue with a switch next to the furnace so they did not collect the diagnostic fee from me. Great service and very fast response time. I will definitely be using them again for any issues with my AC units in the future.

I think NexGen is bunch of crooks. I will be making a complaint with Contractors Board and wherever else is possible so that they can't take advantage of innocent homeowners.
It all started back in February of 2022.
It all started with a simple project and I ended up making a contract with them for a full year as they are here just to sell. I paid for full year in advance also.
I became ""fool"" and was trapped in their marketing technique.
I received a bill next month from them again and also in a threating way that to make the payment or else, loose your entire sum for the contract that I paid.
I had to make few phone calls and few emails to get that resolved.
I was also told that they will come automatically during summer to change the filters as I paid for the same in the contract.
No one came and when I called them, they made it seem like, our techs don't know much and many customers complain about the same issue as I am doing, but per them - customers are supposed to make an appointment for the same. Well, I made an appointment for 10 to 11 am and then I received a message in the evening about 4 pm that he will be at my place in 30 minutes. I was not home at that time, so had to cancel the meeting and reschedule for another day.
The next appointment was made and the guy who came out to change my filters, don't know why, but he was not equipped with filters also with the right size to change and on top of that he spent more than an hour in attic and checking another AC out on the side of the house.
He promised me that someone or he himself will be out at my place in a day or two to take care of the filters.
He also tried to sell me 2 new A/cs worth more than $20,000.
Just WOWWWWW !!!
My A/C is not working again for which I paid them initially. My filters has not been changed.
I have called them several time to make the complaint and they do not take it seriously.
I am going to make a complaint with my credit card company also and dispute the charges as they are not taking care of the problems which they have been paid for.

After fumigation, our gas line was turned back on by Socal Gas, and our water heater and dryer went out. NextGen Plumbing went out the next day! Service was fast and efficient. Pricing is fair. We also had NexGen HVAC take a look at our furnace because SoCal Gas flagged it as ""unsafe"": NexGen inspected the furnace, sealed it up--no charge! I would call them again for any HVAC/plumbing needs!
