A technician from NexGen, by the name of Dylin, came out to my property to service my condensation line on my air handler unit. What I thought was the initial problem was a combination of about three problems happening all at the same time! Every time he found an issue, he called me to show me, (and no they were not made up problems Lol, but evident problems that were taking place that I unfortunately was not aware of). I'm in the HVAC business myself, but unfortunately I am still a very inexperienced rookie, and he saved me from doing things and working on areas that I had no business working on. I would've created even worse problems for myself! At the same time, by discovering the source of the problem along with the other issues (condensation leaking out the back end, a pamphlet instruction manual that was stuck inside up against the blower motor for God knows how many years and correcting the leveling of my air handling unit), it allowed the unit to work properly, and even more efficiently than it's ever worked before! And by doing so saved us a huge amount of future cost! He was super professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to do his job and more, and to top it off never charged me any additional cost for the other issues. And at the end of it all even when I offered him a cash tip, he declined and simply asked for a honest and fair review. He definitely brought a great deal of class to the company, ""NEX-GEN Air Conditioning"". Thank you very much Dylin for everything you did for our household.

Larry was awesome! I thought my water softener was leaking. Larry listened to my concerns and looked it over. When that was ruled out as the source of the water, he went under the house, took video and showed me what was going on. He was through, affable and knowledgeable, letting me know what he was finding and showing me on his iPad the issues. The entire crew have been very courteous and hardworking. Larry is 5 stars. The price? 3 stars. Very expensive!

My backyard had a leak. Called a plumber for an AM quote. He quoted $6500. Called NexGen for a same day appointment. My man, Rigo, showed up at estimated time and poked around, eliminating potential problems. He found the source. My neighbor. From $6500 to $195 fee. A+ experience. Integrity.

We got a call from NexGen, who offered a complimentary service on our Central Air and Heating system.
The serviceman, Joseph Jimenez (no relation!), was very courteous and professional, and we were made to feel very comfortable with the inspection he provided.
He examined the compressor, serviced it, and checked the blower, which had no problems. The whole process took about an hour and a half. Joe knows what he's doing!
Joe was one of the nicest servicemen we have ever met. Personable and Honorable, describe Joseph Jimenez to a T.
If you ever need any A/C service, call NexGen and ask for Joseph Jimenez... You'll be glad you did!
