We love NexGen. We have used them for plumbing and AC. Today Dominick helped us out with a garbage disposal issue. They are fast, reliable, and every technician they have sent is friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

They made an appointment for 9am for two services, one showed up at noon, the other said they were overbooked for the day. The plumber that showed up wanted to sell an expensive fix even though the issue could have easily been resolved. I guess the plumbing fix was not worth their time when we did not want an overhaul. These guys used to be fair and honest. They have changed. Would not trust to get goods service from them.

They found it, and repaired it. I'm pleased with the work that they do, and high recommend them. The office staff show much care and commitment to provide excellent service, and satisfy the needs of the client. Definitely a good experience.

Called NexGen and within 2 hours had not one, but three service technicians on the property. They were precise and reassuring. Great service and extremely personable.

I had an awful experience with NexGen Plumbing. They initially quoted me $3,000 for a job that, after getting a second opinion, I learned could have been fixed with just a simple wax seal and spacer for $300. NexGen never mentioned this option of adding a spacer. Instead, they suggested a tempering solution that cost around $400 for just the wax ring kit. A week later, the toilet was leaking again.

When I called them back and mentioned what the second plumber had told me about adding a spacer, the NexGen plumber admitted that would fix the issue but said it would cost an additional $1,000! Knowing now what I did from the other plumbing company, I realized the total cost should have been nowhere near that amount. I asked for a refund, which they refused, but they offered to add the spacer for an additional $220. Frustrated, I agreed, knowing I had already overpaid so much for a basic job.

It's disappointing because the founder of NexGen claims he started this company because there weren't enough honest companies out there. Unfortunately, NexGen is right alongside them. If you're looking for an honest plumber, steer clear of NexGen Plumbing!

Charged $1,400 for cleaning the AC system only. But when we checked it again the next day, they did not even changed the filter in the system.

Nexgen did a great job installing my HVAC, so when I saw that they unplugged drains I knew I could trust them. They came the same day that I called, which was amazing. They were courteous and explained everything that was happening and unplugged my kitchen drain within minutes. I really like this company and would definitely recommend them.

very nice on the phone. quick to reply and schedule however they will charge you to come out when, everyone else I called was coming out for a free estimate. I really don't understand why they would try and do a service fee when I have potentially tens of thousands of work that could be lined up. It all depends on the camera , if there is bad pipes(and there usually are) then i'll need estimates on how much it costs. This was the only company who was trying to charge me a service fee to come out.

3 stars because the phone operator was nice and quick to respond. minus 2 stars being the only plumbing company that was gonna charge me to come out to see how much it would cost to do some major plumbing.

BEWARE!! Had them come out for a routine checkup of my system and I was told I needed a new furnace. They quoted me a price of a little over $12k. I always get second and third opinions when doing any kind of major repairs on my home. So, in doing that, I have found that my system is ""immaculate"" and I have AC and heat with no issues. If you deal with this company, please do your due diligence and make sure you really need what they're selling!

As you can tell throughout my post, I've been very frustrated with this company and have said quite a few things. To be honest this company I used to regard as one of the worst companies I've dealt with, but they have changed my mind and my view, and I am now a lifelong, customer of theirs. Their team has genuinely done above and beyond spite my negative reviews to make things right. One of their technicians has come out. He did a great job and even told me what to do for minor cleaning.


I recently had a chance to talk to Ruben, who gave me the opportunity to discuss all my issues and their team has been solid and actually fixed everything and addressed all my issues and concerns.

To anyone looking for a solid company that will genuinely stick with you till the end to get things right take a minute to read my past reviews and see that despite what I said about them, they genuinely care .

No, I wasn't bribed. No, I wasn't paid for anything. These guys genuinely change my view by just going above and beyond and I hate to say it, but these guys really care.
