I called New Pro Plumbing with an emergency main line problem. I told them we needed 2 men because they had to clear it from the roof. ""No problem""

One guy showed up, didn't have a ladder, and wanted over $500 when they quoted $100-175 over the phone.

Even a simple bait and switch would have been better. This guy wanted to remove my toilet to get to the main line just because he didn't have a ladder.

Don't call New Pro Plumbing. They lied about who they would send. They lied about the price. They lied about everything!

Miguel came within 30 minutes & had our clogged drain snaked & clear within another 30 minutes! He is such a nice guy, & he even put shoe covers on to not track things in our house. We also thought the price he quoted was very reasonable. Could not be happier! Will definitely call Miguel again the next time we need plumbing help.

I am currently remodeling my kitchen and needed to relocate a gas line. I called New Pro Plumbing to schedule a same day estimate. I elected to go with them because of the reviews I read and their availability. I was not disappointed. Not only was Miguel very friendly and professional but he also did excellent work. I called New Pro Plumbing on early Sunday morning, it was a busy Sunday but Miguel was able to come here at the time to help me. Two of my bathrooms sink had clogged up, plus the water pipes connect together, the water came up from the pipe (anyway it was really nightmare for me); Miguel came, and he quickly snaked the pipes, and gave me warranty as well.
He done within one hour, he is super efficiency and friendly. Highly recommended!!!

on 11/14 I called pro plumbing to fix my kitchen sink that was plugged up. I had undone the pipes under the sink so they only had to snake the pipe. Unfortunatly I was at work and asked my neighboor to let me in and fix the problem. I was charged 100.
a few weeks later the sink started to drain slowly. They came back on 2/27 and Iwhen I told him they were at my house recently and that I shouldn't pay for another visit without not knowing the date that he was at my house I was told ""It is no longer under warranty.""
So without taking the pies apart he put the snake throught the sink hole. He snake the pipe for 2 minutes I was told he fix the problem temporally. I ran the water and 1 minute later the sink was filling up with water. Then I was told he had made a hole on the blockage and it was drainning very slowly. Well the water never went down so he lied about the fix . he wanted to charge me another 100 and told me that he could replace the pipe for $5,000 or flush the pipe for another 500 and that would take care of the problem. So as you can see i was charge for the first time for a service that didn't fix the problem. then he told me it wasn't under warranty and I believe that the law says that a service like that should have a warranty of 90 days. and they wanted to chatrge me for a second time for something that he didn't even tryto fix the problem. So I would say stay from this company. I am writing to Channel for to investigate this and I am complaining to the bureau of business.

I called on a Sunday morning, and Miguel as able to get here at the time I wanted (late in the afternoon - they had an earlier time open as well!!)

Our bathroom sink had clogged up, so he quickly and efficiently snaked the pipes, and also gave us 30 day warranty.

He was in and out within half an hour, and was very friendly. Highly recommended.
