These guys were great! I originally called a different plumber who was incredibly problematic, so I looked under ""plumber"" on Yelp and was lucky enough to call New Pro. They made an appointment for later in the day and arrived right on time. The plumber was professional, knew exactly what he was doing and carried off a difficult job in record time.

Miquel saved our beautiful Hansa kitchen faucet which is no longer carried in the U.S.. He is such a smart caring plumber. This is the second problem we had (other was a dripping bathtub faucet which he repaired without damaging the tile). We will use him again!

Needed a new water heater same day and New Pro came through in the clutch. Water heater purchased, delivered and installed all same day with whole process starting at 4pm and lasted into the night. Area left clean and tidy following install and was all in all a fairly seem less experience. Fulfilled my new water heater needs for sure.

I don't have many complaints about the service, work, or experience I had with New Pro. Miguel was very friendly, was able to come out and help same day, and was respectful while in our space.

The reason I am giving a 3 star rating is because the prices were significantly inflated. I believe he raised prices knowing that a company was paying for it and that I, a 25 year old woman, wouldn't question his prices. Because of the situation we were in I just approved the price because I needed the leak fixed asap in order to not leave our tenants stuck with no kitchen use.

I then had him do a sink replacement (I bought the sink already) and he charged me $599 just to install it. I paid begrudgingly since I already awarded him the job. Then I had him quote a bidet hose switch out and he wanted to charge me $1549!! At this point I was angry at the audacity. I had another plumber bid the job and told him what New Pro was charging and his mouth dropped and he laughed... hard! He said he understands raising prices a bit to make money off of the job but said he does not even see how someone can get away with what they were. He bought the parts for me, and replaced 2 of the hoses for $550 total.

Called New Pro from YELP . Miguel responded to the call in the city of Venice. We needed a new Insinkerator (like a garbage disposer). Miguel had in stock with him and installed it. It's been almost 30 days and all is working 100%. We appreciated the response time, the repair and overall, the reasonableness compared to what competitors were quoting.

We had a bathroom faucet that wasn't providing much water (perhaps due to a faulty repair from a prior plumber), and decided to replace rather than invest more money in the old fixture. We went looking for new plumbers, and I think we've found them! Communication had been bad with other companies (messages not returned, etc.) but New Pro Plumbing picked up the phone right away and sent someone out, same day. Miguel was our plumber, and he was very pleasant, personable, competent, and hard working. He worked with his boss to get us a good price, and we were very pleased with the result. This seems to be a company that prioritizes customer service.

Miguel swapped out our old water heater with a brand new tankless water heater. His prices are reasonable and he does great work. Will use him again in the future and would definitely recommend him.
