We had a pipe burst in the evening and Miguel from New Pro was at our house to diagnose the problem within 15 minutes! By the next morning our problem was solved. He was knowledgeable, kind, and extremely professional and efficient. I highly recommend Miguel and New Pro!

I had contacted Newpro Plumbing to make a simple repair to a shower. Owner Miguel arrived over an hour late. I should have realized when he turned up without tools that he had no intention to actually making a repair. He didn't even inspect the shower properly. His goal seems to have been to collect a $99 visit fee and present an estimate that was so large it was laughable. For a job that should take about 20 minutes he wanted to charge $599! He was unable to justify this amount and wrongly said he'd have to turn off the water, which is not the case. Horrible experience.

They sent someone here to look at my toilet and I already knew what was wrong with it because I had already talked to another (trusted but unavailable to do the work) plumber who diagnosed the issue. The toilet needed an internal rebuild due to a faulty fill valve. New Pro's plumber tried to charge me $800 for the work when the work should not cost more than $225. After some negotiations, he backed down to $400 but still it was too high and I politely declined to do the work. Guess what? My original plumber just got the work done and charged me $225.

Hard-Core sales, really unpleasant. Continually tried to sell me with every technique including ""I can call my boss for a better price"", introducing panic ""this is an emergency and all of the plumbing must be turned off immediately"" and fear of mold ""you have to call remediation people right now to prevent mold"". Kept not giving me a written bid to compare to others, instead kept offering increasingly desperate verbal offers to ""save me money"". Finally told me it would cost $4,500. to fix 5 feet of pipe. I instead called a friend and had it all fixed for $550. The very worst example of opportunistic repair people who do not charge an honest rate for the work at hand and use fear and lack of knowledge to take advantage of clients.

What a find! I contacted New Pro Plumbing about a slow draining sink and toilet, within 15 minutes, Miguel returned my call.
Scheduled an appointment for a few days later, he came on time (bonus: covered his shoes upon entering), assessed the situation, provided a quote, did the job quickly and efficiently , and was on his way.

Miguel was absolutely fantastic. He was very professional, timely, kind, and super knowledgeable. He fixed a main line back up on our house. 10/10 recommend Miguel. He and his team were the best plumbers I've ever experienced. Priced very fairly. He even wore shoe covers without me having to ask.
