Greg was thorough, and Rob worked around our schedule to visit on a Saturday to discuss options with us regarding our shower leak situation.

Rather than throw a bunch of unnecessary diagnostics or repairs at the problem, they gave us some common sense advice on how to determine the cause of the leak ourselves, and some pointers on regular maintenance to prevent expensive problems.

We were having significant water pressure issues in our showers and our heated floors weren't heating! I had Rob and his team along with some folks from Deanza water visit us and they determined that hard water was wrecking our water heater. Long story short, we replaced the water heater with a hybrid tankless system that supplies unlimited hot water to our three bathroom showers (great with teenagers and guests). We also softened the water with a system that uses very little salt and no energy. I highly recommed these guys.

Our house was in serious need of a re-pipe since it had the orignal non-copper piping from the 1970s. After reading reviews on here about new pipes now and PEX piping, I decided to give them a call to give me a quote. Rob arrived on schedule for the estimate and was very knowledgable and friendly. I explained to him that I would like to look into the PEX piping vs. Copper as I have heard good things about it. Rob gave me a great price plus you get a discount if you request quote via website.

The crew handled everything extremely professional, including having to deal with our 2 dogs following them around constantly.

They handled everything from beginning to end (including city inspection).

Their drywall and painter was fantastic! The bathrooms look better than they did before they started. I was constantly given status on the.

The re-pipe was completed on time as estimated (1 week). The only delay was the inspection (not their fault, scheduling with city). But then did not collect final payment until the permit was signed off on by the city.

Great job! I would highly recommend them if you want a good job done!

I used Ice Age Air today to inspect my furnace before the winter weather arrives. Greg came out, 10 minutes early, in fact and was extremely knowledgeable and very informative. Greg informed me how to keep my furnace running properly. Greg took the time to explain everything and I greatly appreciate it. With the information Greg and Ice Age Air has provided me, I know that my furnace is great and should I have any needs in the future, I know I am in good hands.

I needed a new hot water heater. So I called New Pipes Now, on the advice of a friend who had used them for a plugged toilet. We got a tank-less model on Rob's (owners) advice. Great price, great service, great company. I felt comfortable with the workers in my home. I feel they are honest and trustworthy. The work was scheduled and completed in a timely manner. They left not a speck of dust for me to clean up. I would and will use them again if I need a plumber

We found Ice Age Air when our rental's AC went down. Summer time, I thought for sure there would be a long long wait. They were prompt in making an appointment and to my surprise did not try and sell me a new unit. He was able to install new Freon in the existing unit and presto it was up and running. The tenants are very happy... as am I. The cost was fair and the workers polite and patient. I asked many questions and they took the time to answer them for me. If ever the unit goes down again I will save time and money and just call Ice Age Air again. They have proven to be one of the last honest companies out there.

Horrible experience. We called New Pipes Now last Wednesday to come install a quick extension of a propane line from one end of our deck to the other. When they came out on Thursday, they prepared a written estimate of $996, which they said was based on 2 guys for 4 hours (at $98/hour) and materials costs of $200. When they arrived on Friday morning to install the pipe, it turned out to be just one guy -- not two -- and he spent approximately 3 hours to install a $50 pipe. They then called my contractor and told him that their plumber needed a check before he left the job for the full $996 amount, even though the job took apparently almost half the man-hours! It's one thing to gouge me on materials -- $200 for a $50 pipe is quite a mark-up -- but it's another to charge me based on a false estimate of your time. While the job itself seems to have been done correctly, i might argue that their business practices are bordering on fraud. Definitely would not recommend them to others.

chris came to our house to remove radiant heating in one room.

when he was done we asked him to remove our sink that was so old and broken that we couldn't turn off the water. he got some copper pipes and his welding kit from his truck and made our plumbing better than it ever was. very cool to watch him at work.

he also showed us how to turn off the water into our house - we've already needed to do that.

we've scheduled him to come back to put in our new showers and sinks.
