Rob L.These are really friendly hard working people. Very professional. I call them with confidence.
Big water bill indicated a water leak, turned out it was under the slab. We had a number of plumbers come out and most of them wanted to tear our house apart to resolve the problem. Rob and his guys came out, determined a solution that didn't require cutting into the wallboard all over the place AND were WAY LESS EXPENSIVE than the other quotes we received. They were nice to work with, showed up on time, did their work efficiently and even came back to do additional work when the dishwasher wasn't as even with the counter when it went back in.
A couple months later, my parents had a water leak in the wall in their master bath. They came to the house right away, determined the problem, opened the wall in a minimal fashion and fixed the problem and set-up the appropriate drying equipment to get stuff dry before fixing the wallboard.
In the middle of all of this, my father was very ill and passed away. As a result, they were not called for a couple of months to come back to fix it. When called, they came right away, fixed the wall quickly and cleanly and were on their way.
The next day, my mother received flowers in sympathy for her loss. A plumbing firm that sends flowers!!!
They do their work amazingly well, are less expensive in our experience and are compassionate and considerate. I would NEVER consider using anyone else.
I cannot recommend a firm more highly.
My property management company has used a lot of different plumbing vendors over the years. The reason we always call New Pipes is that when they fix something for us, we never have to call them back to fix it again. That may not sound like much, but you would be surprised how often it happens with other companies who use less experienced technicians. I use New Pipes because there's no headache. Things are repaired right the first time every time and that's why we will continue to use them. The owner keeps a close eye on all of his staff and projects to ensure that the quality never drops and that's something I can really appreciate.
I called New Pipes at 8:00am on a Monday morning after our first plumber had installed a Pressure Reducing Valve. The pressure valve worked but the pipe below was rusted and leaking badly. Greg in customer service was able to talk with his team and get Josh out there at 9am. Josh was awesome! He worked quickly and was very focused on performing quality work. By noon the pipes above ground were fixed and two new shut off values installed.
Unfortunately, later that night I had a third leak in the middle of my lawn (no relation to the first leaks). I gave Greg a call at 7pm. He said he would have his guys out there first thing Tuesday morning to fix the pipe all the way to the street. A friend and I dug the trench and had it ready for Greg's crew at 8am. We decided to go with time and materials instead of a bid.
Robert brought all the right tools to bore under the sidewalks and lay new copper pipe from the meter to the PRV. The on-site manager Ediwn worked with me on price as one of the parts from the earlier repair was not needed now. Again, they worked diligently to complete the job while keeping me informed along the way.
An extra bonus was they fixed two sprinkler lines I broke when digging the trench. I supplied the parts and Robert put them in quickly.
One of the best parts for me is they explained what they were doing and how things worked. I love to do my own home repairs but know when it's time to hire the experts.
These guys are the professionals.
After the repair we have good water pressure but the flow is a bit slower than before. I called to get some advice and Josh called me back quickly to walk me through the steps of cleaning the PRV strainer. This was a 5 min job. The following day Greg called to check in on the whole project. We still have a low flow issue but got some advice on another few things to try.
When I decide to re-pipe our home, New Pipes Inc. will be at the top of my list!

Christina H.If you're in a pinch with leaky plumbing, call New Pipes. These guys are AWESOME!
Rob and his staff are personable, knowledgeable, and professional.
When we discovered a substantial leak, we didn't know where to turn. We called New Pipes, and Rob got back to us right away. They showed up right on time, and worked diligently to resolve our issue. The tag team effort of James and Peck were unstoppable! Rob's son even showed up to pitch in on the repair effort.
We give New Pipes our highest recommendation. If you're in a spot, and need some plumbing repairs, give New Pipes a call. You won't be disappointed!

Sandra S.New Pipes is the best! I had a re-pipe job done and it was done within 3 days with no interruption. I couldn't have asked for a better company. I trusted them with my home and they did an excellent job!
I am so glad I found New Pipes!
We appreciated dealing with Greg and Rob.
Greg was thorough, and Rob worked around our schedule to visit on a Saturday to discuss options with us regarding our shower leak situation.
Rather than throw a bunch of unnecessary diagnostics or repairs at the problem, they gave us some common sense advice on how to determine the cause of the leak ourselves, and some pointers on regular maintenance to prevent expensive problems.
Tom B.We were having significant water pressure issues in our showers and our heated floors weren't heating! I had Rob and his team along with some folks from Deanza water visit us and they determined that hard water was wrecking our water heater. Long story short, we replaced the water heater with a hybrid tankless system that supplies unlimited hot water to our three bathroom showers (great with teenagers and guests). We also softened the water with a system that uses very little salt and no energy. I highly recommed these guys.
Shawn H.Our house was in serious need of a re-pipe since it had the orignal non-copper piping from the 1970s. After reading reviews on here about new pipes now and PEX piping, I decided to give them a call to give me a quote. Rob arrived on schedule for the estimate and was very knowledgable and friendly. I explained to him that I would like to look into the PEX piping vs. Copper as I have heard good things about it. Rob gave me a great price plus you get a discount if you request quote via website.
The crew handled everything extremely professional, including having to deal with our 2 dogs following them around constantly.
They handled everything from beginning to end (including city inspection).
Their drywall and painter was fantastic! The bathrooms look better than they did before they started. I was constantly given status on the.
The re-pipe was completed on time as estimated (1 week). The only delay was the inspection (not their fault, scheduling with city). But then did not collect final payment until the permit was signed off on by the city.
Great job! I would highly recommend them if you want a good job done!
