After serving in the Marine Corps during Desert Storm, he began as a helper for Prestige Homes, a high-end home builder in Northeast Ohio, excavating for underground plumbing systems. He advanced to completing the water, drain, and vent lines, as well as setting faucets and fixtures in new homes. He has expertise in plumbing services such as diagnostics. Ray launched his own venture in 2006. He secured his Ohio State Plumbing license and established New Philly Plumbing. On August 8, 2009, Mary joined Ray and has been in the plumbing industry for nearly 22 years. Mary takes pride in her exceptional customer service and her extensive plumbing knowledge.
