New Philly Plumbing is led by plumber Ray BonGini and office manager Mary Demattio-BonGini. Ray has extensive experience in all facets of plumbing. After his service in the Marine Corps during Desert Storm, he began as a helper for Prestige Homes, a luxury home builder in Northeast Ohio, digging trenches for underground water and drain lines. He progressed to installing the water, drain, and vent lines, and setting faucets and fixtures in new homes. Ray is also knowledgeable in plumbing services such as diagnostics. Ray launched his own venture in 2006. He earned his Ohio State Plumbing license and created New Philly Plumbing. Mary joined Ray on August 8, 2009 and has worked in plumbing for almost 22 years. Mary is dedicated to providing outstanding customer service and her expertise in plumbing.
