Joe Picariello has been committed to his work, beginning his journey with his first venture, Spartan Electric of South Raleigh. Now a family man with five kids, he remains active the local area of Wake Forest, as well as the greater Raleigh, Durham, Cary, and Zebulon areas. Joe is committed to ensure homeowners receive trustworthy, high-quality work, prioritizing their needs and ensuring a range of options.

Though a New Jersey native, Joe spent most of his upbringing in and around Raleigh. Joe started his professional journey as a contractor in both electrical and plumbing serving the entire Raleigh area. Under the name Spartan Electric, Joe led a team of 15 crews across the region. In 2003, he received the prestigious Contractor of the Year award from Pulte Homes for his commitment to quality work, reliability, and outstanding customer care. His company was also selected to collaborate with the ABC show, Extreme Home Makeover, during its visit to Raleigh in 2007.
