Joe Picariello has been dedicated to his craft, beginning his journey with his original company, Spartan Electric of South Raleigh. Today, Joe is married and has five children, he remains active in the close-knit community of Wake Forest, and also the greater Raleigh, Durham, Cary, and Zebulon areas. His mission is to ensure homeowners receive trustworthy, high-quality work, putting their needs first and offering a variety of options.

Though a New Jersey native, Joe was raised largely in and around Raleigh. He began his career early as a contractor specializing in electrical and plumbing serving clients throughout Raleigh. As Spartan Electric, Joe led a team of 15 crews across the region. In 2003, he received the Contractor of the Year title by Pulte Homes due to his consistent quality, reliability, and exceptional customer service. His company was also selected to participate in ABC's Extreme Home Makeover when it aired in Raleigh in 2007.
