One of my showers has no hot water. I posted my requests on Yelp on 8/13 and New Generation Plumbing was the first one responded. During this COVID-19 pandemic I didn't want to have too many people come to my house, so I just have this plumber come for look on 8/14. The technician came on time and said would order the parts for me and come again after the parts arrived. Today is 8/23 and I've even not got any estimate. I called them twice and every time they said would get back to me the next day. Nothing happened so far.

The hose on my kitchen faucet was leaking and I tried to do it myself and couldn't. I shopped around and these guys were the best price. Communication was great and the guys that came did a great job. I'm very happy with the service they provided and I will definitely use them again.

I had Fernando come out to do repairs for very expensive plumbing job that I had a different company do a week prior. I had gotten quotes from New Generation and the other company, but had gone with the other company because it was cheaper. HUGE MISTAKE! I noticed problems with the other companies work after they finished and were paid. The other company supposedly had a warranty but whenever I contacted the other company to fix the issues I always got the runaround.

I should have stuck with New Generation as these guys make sure the job is done right. They fixed the issue I was having, and even went under my home to take a look at the work I had paid the other company to do. What they saw was that it did not look like the other company did not complete the job I had spent over $3000 for!

New Generation might cost a little bit more but you get the peace of mind of knowing you're going to quality service.

I am so happy with NGP! I made an appointment through Yelp for a quote for my water heater and fridge connection. They came out the next day on time and quoted me without being pushy at all! I went with them because they were honest and the price was reasonable and they came out the same day to work. There were 4 of them and it took a few hours but they were efficient and respectful. My stuff works great now and I am so pleased with this company and will use them again in the future.

We have toilet clogged by Saturday and we try to find the professional plumber by sending all needs to yelp. Jake the owner responded fast and quoted the price reasonably. On Monday his team came in as promise and have done professional job without taking out the toilet bowl. They are honest and meticulous what they do. We defintely will use their service again.
