My house had a problem with the main valve; it was stuck, so there was no water for the whole night. Luckily, one of the plumbers Jake was able to show up during the night at 8:30 pm and gave us a quick diagnosis of the problem. The following morning, he arrived at our house punctually to fix the main valve. The service was exceptional and quick.

I would most definitely recommend this plumbing service for anyone living in the LA area for it's good customer service and quality work.

When our water heater went out on a Friday morning, Jake came right out to inspect and give an estimate. Once we gave him the go ahead and asked the availability for replacing it - he said, ""you don't have hot water, we'll do it immediately!""
Less than an hour later they were back and installing the new water heater.

My husband and I purchased a new home that needed plumbing work done. We contacted several plumbers, but decided to have New Generation come out and take a look for a quote.

The plumbers asked if we were wanting a quote for real estate credit. We told them we were not, we had already purchased the home.

We knew there were leaks under the house, and requested that they investigate and determine the costs to fix the active leaks. While one plumber was under the house, the other checked our water pressure, informing us it was very high and that a new regulator was needed, which would cost $1500, and would need to be replaced every year. Hmmm... okay.

We also asked for a quote to move the water supply from one side of the room to the other for the washer hookup, a total of 8 feet... with a raised foundation.

New Generation provided a quote of $7,000 to install a TMP valve, regulator with new pipes (for 850 not 1500), extend and strap ventilation 18"" above roof line, install earthquake valve (not a requirement in my city), redo the waste and install new garbage disposal (this was not requested), reseal a toilet and relocate laundry water supply (3,800).

I got the below from another, reputable company for just under $3000:
TMP valve, a new regulator with new pipes, reseal a toilet
and relocate laundry water supply (2200!!!). They also told me that a regulator should be evaluated every 5-7 years.

I feel very happy with my decision to go with someone else.

They deserve all five stars as they were on time and did a great job with the drain clean-out I needed in the master bathroom sink. My next door neighbor got the benefit of there job at my house as she had just discovered a pinhole leak in the ceiling of her family room. So they went next door solved her water pipe leak. Two jobs at one stop. Everyone was happy.

These guys really went above and beyond. They installed a drainage system around our garage. When they started working they realized that the job was going to be bigger than expected. Most companies would have asked to charge more than the initial quote but these guys just went ahead and did the work. And it was a lot of extra work! It all looks really nice and professional. They also came out super fast and the communication was excellent. I will definitely recommend them to my friends.

Henry and Martin were excellent. I discovered a leak this morning and when I looked outside my house their truck was parked at my neighbors. When they were done there they came over, diagnosed the problem and repaired it. I couldn't be more satisfied. I highly recommend New Generation.

My husband and I had some trouble replacing our kitchen faucet a couple days ago, and decided to get a plumber to finish the installation. Without getting into too much detail, it was a very particular issue with the adaptor on our water supply.

Around 11pm Sunday night, we sent the same message to several plumbing companies around our area. Jake responded almost instantaneously and said that we'll likely need an angle stop. He was the only one to 1) respond right away and, 2) actually read our message and think about a solution! He offered to come by the next day, which was a holiday (MLK). His quote was reasonable as well.

His office called me well before the 1-2pm timeframe to let me know he was running a bit behind, which was no problem at all. I couldn't believe a plumber actually called to let me know they'd be late- they just show up late and not even say sorry! He got to my place around 2:20pm and was so respectful, kind, and knowledgeable. He let me know what the problem was and what was needed to fix it.

I'm so happy i found my local plumber!

I was given one hour window at the onset of the job. Two techs showed up on the early side of the time window. I was quoted a competitive price and the invoice was right on the money.

All this great customer service happened in 4 hours from my placement of the project on Yelp. A problematic clogged shower drain resolved with no drama or upswell.

Both technicians cleaned up the work area and worked with me to review results of their work. A little fine tuning was required to meet our expectations but all follow up was professional

Definitely I will usevthese guys for any future drain issues
