I called the guys at New Flow Plumbing late in the day on a Monday. The response to my call was immediate. The technician who showed up was professional and patient. A bunch of drain snaking later and we were right as rain. I work with a lot of vendors in my professional life and I have to say, New Flow Plumbing, lived up to all the great reviews I read online before calling.

We were told the cleanout was in one location however it was not and Mike went the extra mile to find it and make sure it got done for me. Do not use these guys. One of their techs came out and in five minutes punched a hole threw my clog and he thought he had fixed the problem. When he was done I asked him how much do I owe you? He said $249.00. I started laughing and he said he was serious. I asked him how come he did not tell me how much it was going to be before he did the job and he replied I forgot. He said ""next time you should ask"". He said if you pay cash it will be $200.00 REALLY!! Needless to say at 10:30 at night my front bathroom began to flood and the water was running out to my laminate flooring in the hallway. They came out again the next day and ran a camera down the pipe while my wife was here. He said there is baby wipes in the drain. Well wrong again....No baby wipes...He did not fix a thing. What kind of racket is this place running?? Far from professional. Called up Bell Bros and that is who I should have called first. Users beware.

We had a plumbing issue that required immediate attention late in the evening. Even though Art was unable to come by that night, he walked us through a temporary workaround over Facetime, and then came by the very next morning and fixed the problem. Excellent service!

I just moved into this house when I saw something weird on the driveway - turns out it was the sewer line backed up! and it was a Saturday, and it was noon-ish.

I called the plumber with the best reviews from Google, and they said they would get here as quick as they could. Johnny came by 3 hours later and he made sure that the line was open. to say it was a bad job its an understatement.

but he was very professional cordial, and the prices are very incredibly affordable compared to what a plumber usually charges for ""emergency"" service. very satisfied with the service and with communications (Art is a master at the phone, he knows what and how to say it :)).

would definitely call them again - hopefully not for a sewer back up.
