Typical plumbing problems in homes may include, but are not limited to:
* Bathroom floods caused by clogged drains.
* Burst water lines and fittings
* Shower faucets that leak continuously

UPDATE: Thank you for your reply, Arman, however, you continue to imply actions by us that are not true . Some clarifications:

-- At no time did we try to *make* your staff go to our roof. It was *his* recommendation to go to the roof vent to solve the immediate problem.
-- We do appreciate you not charging us for not solving the problem over two days and for taking apart our toilet and leaving it that way.
--The company that came in after you, within a couple hours did the following:
1) Found our main line
2) Identified the the clog was on the city side, not ours, (explains why your team could not find a clog when they snaked our lines), got our plumbing working and helped us navigate how to work with the City to take care of their end.
3) Quoted us to come back and install a clean out -- $650

I wish you the best.

What a difference between 2019 and now. People can read my reviews and see I'm not an unfair person. I rarely post negative reviews, even when warranted. We've faithfully used and referred friends to New Flow since our 2019 experience. No more. Get your popcorn.

Yesterday our main line backed up. It's happened before (see 2019 review). New Flow sent a nice young man out within a few hours. He removed the toilet in our newly remodeled bathroom and ran a snake. It didn't work. He tried diligently to clear the clog without success and told us he'd have to come back today with a camera because he couldn't clear the clog and couldn't determine the reason. Fair -- my husband found him trustworthy and knowledgeable so we waited. We didn't have a lot of options, that's when believing the company you're working with has integrity and their customers best interest at heart is paramount. We thought we had that in New Flow. We were wrong.

Today, the same gentleman who was in here in 2019, came back out and tried several options. He made a recommendation to my husband that he believed would be the best way to go. Mind you...we are on Day 2, heading into Day 3, without functioning toilets, showers, etc. and he prioritized getting us up and running. However, when he called the owner, the owner refused to let him execute his plan, instructed him to give us a quote to dig a clean out. Moreover, if we didn't agree to the clean out, he refused to allow our toilet to be put back on because he ""couldn't be sure it was his guy"" yesterday that took it off...maybe my husband did it. Excuse me? Does he really think we don't know who took the toilet off? His rationale was that if his guy took it off he would've billed us and had us pay yesterday. Well, the young man did not bill us last night (going on 7pm) because he they were coming back *today* -- why put it on just to take it off again? But he didn't make the decision on his own, he asked us if it was ok AND he called and got approval to do so -- my husband watched him make the calls to whomever was in charge last night. So, that ""reason"" showed us the true character of the person who owns this business. And it ain't pretty. He then ordered his plumber to leave us high and dry unless we agreed to the $3400 job to dig a new clean out. When we didn't agree, he told his plumber to leave and to leave our toilet where it was.

So, basically, the owner of New Flow is more than happy to extort a customer. And throw his staff under the bus.

Fortunately, we know a great contractor whose company has remodeled our kitchen and two bathrooms over the last four years. He came through with a referral to a great guy. Every company our contractor has referred to us has been top notch. Had we not had trust in New Flow, we would've called him to begin with. The quote from his plumber to do a clean out is less than half of New Flow's.

The irony of all this is that if the owner had let his expert do what he thought was best to get us functioning plumbing we would've gladly hired them to do the clean out because we agree it should be done. The plumber on site with us today was also clear that for the long term we needed to do it but he had plan to get us functioning toilets first. But rather than sharing that priorty, the owner chose to prioritize making a bloated buck off desperate people. He rolled the dice and lost. But we gained valuable information about the integrity of this company.

Proceed at your own risk. And feel free to DM me and I'll share who you should be calling.

my 7 year old water heater was leaking on a Sunday. I lucked out calling New Flow. Vito came out very quickly & showed me the problem-lots of corrosion and rust. Replaced the water heater the next day. Did a good job, very neat and thorough. Explained how to turn off the water and gas if ever necessary. would recommend.

Technically they were fine. They are pricey: $1300 for a 3 hour job which included the tech leaving to get parts. They do take credit cards but if you use one they will nickle-and-dime you an extra 3% charge which is not stated on their website or verbally in advance.

We needed our garbage disposal replaced and our tankless hot water heater cleaned for annual maintenance. The plumber did a great job and was efficient. We will call this plumber again.

I noticed my hardwood floors getting dark spots and then buckling. New Flow Plumbing was out the next day, I along with the insurance adjuster and the plumbers thought there was a slab leak. Long story short it was the ice maker. It was the far corner so there was never water on the floor. The guys were great, Jeff and Greg were so nice, took care of everything and the company was more than fair with lowering the price of the estimate, something you don't see now days. I've found plumbers I trust and highly recommend! I thank you both for staying until 8:00pm to complete the job!

I had a kitchen sink problem that I could not resolve even with every google and youtube suggestions. I called new flow per my friends recommendation and their guy Art came. Such a hardworking cool person. The clog was about 3ft and even if it was giving him a hard time he was still calm and works with a smile. Price was the cheapest compared to others that we requested a qoute from. Awesome company, employee and gets the job done.

Ok first of all the sink blockage was cleared just fine! Their responsiveness To all communication was also outstanding

But come on:
1. I'm no prude or anything but I didn't need a contact high from the amount of pot smell coming off the technician (Jeff). I mean my house still smells like weed.
2. If your going to a house to clear out a backed up drain wouldn't you be prepared to put some water in something? A bucket or something. Sure I had a couple small pans under the sink but if your mind is right and you see water backed up into the sink you would realize some water is gonna come out? But no just overflow the little pans under the sink!! SMH
3. If you realize there is going to be a bunch of water wouldn't you have something to clean it up with?? I mean considering the ""flat rate"" fee (I'll cover that in a moment) is outrageous you would want to leave the work place dry. All of a sudden the technician is yelling ""you got any towels"" ""more water is coming out than I thought"" lol hmmm water all the way in the sink and your below it of course water is gonna come out. So know I got a bunch of wet towels to take care of too.
4. ""You used Draino or something in the sink?"" Uh duh yes the sink has been backed up I tried to clean it out, and that bottle of Draino you moved to get under the sink is the one I used. I didn't need a lecture about telling someone that you used Draino and caustic gas or acid. It seems pretty reasonable that it would be first step. Like he full on was lecturing me and when I seemed irritated he finally stopped and was like ""I wasn't trying to step on anyone's toes or upset anyone""?!? Just insane
5. This is partially my fault in that I didn't ask before anyone showed up how much it would be. Well don't let that happen again. I mean the ad online said very reasonable and such. I should have waited for someone local if I would have known it was a $275 flat rate. Come on roto-rooter came out on a Sunday morning several months ago for $225. I was impatient and didn't want to have my sink backed up another day and wait until thur for someone who quoted me $200 and I thought that was a lot.
6. In this current world of everything going on your gonna tell me when I ask ""you take cards right"" that yes you take them but there is a 3% fee and that a check is better?!?! I mean my freaking kids take cards for their chores without charging me a fee.

Like I said the drain was cleared out. But I think for nearly 300 dollars you would think the technician would be more professional and aware of the situation. But at least now I can wash those dirty wet towels because my drain isn't plugged anymore.
