Ok first of all the sink blockage was cleared just fine! Their responsiveness To all communication was also outstanding
But come on:
1. I'm no prude or anything but I didn't need a contact high from the amount of pot smell coming off the technician (Jeff). I mean my house still smells like weed.
2. If your going to a house to clear out a backed up drain wouldn't you be prepared to put some water in something? A bucket or something. Sure I had a couple small pans under the sink but if your mind is right and you see water backed up into the sink you would realize some water is gonna come out? But no just overflow the little pans under the sink!! SMH
3. If you realize there is going to be a bunch of water wouldn't you have something to clean it up with?? I mean considering the ""flat rate"" fee (I'll cover that in a moment) is outrageous you would want to leave the work place dry. All of a sudden the technician is yelling ""you got any towels"" ""more water is coming out than I thought"" lol hmmm water all the way in the sink and your below it of course water is gonna come out. So know I got a bunch of wet towels to take care of too.
4. ""You used Draino or something in the sink?"" Uh duh yes the sink has been backed up I tried to clean it out, and that bottle of Draino you moved to get under the sink is the one I used. I didn't need a lecture about telling someone that you used Draino and caustic gas or acid. It seems pretty reasonable that it would be first step. Like he full on was lecturing me and when I seemed irritated he finally stopped and was like ""I wasn't trying to step on anyone's toes or upset anyone""?!? Just insane
5. This is partially my fault in that I didn't ask before anyone showed up how much it would be. Well don't let that happen again. I mean the ad online said very reasonable and such. I should have waited for someone local if I would have known it was a $275 flat rate. Come on roto-rooter came out on a Sunday morning several months ago for $225. I was impatient and didn't want to have my sink backed up another day and wait until thur for someone who quoted me $200 and I thought that was a lot.
6. In this current world of everything going on your gonna tell me when I ask ""you take cards right"" that yes you take them but there is a 3% fee and that a check is better?!?! I mean my freaking kids take cards for their chores without charging me a fee.
Like I said the drain was cleared out. But I think for nearly 300 dollars you would think the technician would be more professional and aware of the situation. But at least now I can wash those dirty wet towels because my drain isn't plugged anymore.

From the first interaction and throughout the entire process, they were professional and informative. The faucet was completely timely and at a reasonable price. I would definitely use New Flow Plumbing again.

We called in the morning and Greg Hill actually came earlier as he had finished the prior job. Greg was knowledgable, helpful and fully explained the details of our problem (igniting our pilot light). Greg gave clear and precise instructions should the problem occur again. He even stayed to make sure it was still going before he left.
Would highly recommend this company

Well, you hope to not need to call a plumber more than once a month, but chalk it up to 2020. After great service with my house plumbing issue, they came up to my office in Auburn and took great care of me. Thank you guys. I love your service but I hope to not need it for a long time.

I highly recommend New Flow Plumbing out of Roseville, CA. November 22 the sewer backed up into the bathroom. The initial plumbing team diagnosed the issue as a break in the mainline and recommended New Flow. Armand contacted me Sunday night and had a crew out on Monday. They improvised a work around until the sewer line was fixed. The installed a new trenchless main line to the house. They backfilled the holes and did a great job of getting the landscape cleaned. They managed to preserve the low brick wall that was installed near the city hookup.
I was very impressed with Armand and the team and highly recommend New Flow.

We recently had an issue with a shower valve being damaged during an installation & needed the line to be repaired or capped. We were fortunate that New Flow was available to come out since this happened at 2:30 in the afternoon & our water was off. The technician comes to the door without a mask ( I had to ask him to wear one) then takes a look at the situation & says it's going to be $1200 to cut a hole in our fiberglass shower surround, fix the issue then put an ugly Moen plate over it to cover the hole. This was going to take 2 hours per the technician. The repair could not be done same day but he could cap the lines for $279 (which took a total of 45 minutes)- if we wanted our water turned back on that day we did not have a choice but to pay for the lines to be capped. The rates that New Flow is charging is astronomical. I had my general contractor come finish the repair (which he did by cutting out drywall behind our refrigerator on the other side of this shower-the technician said he wasn't able to do the repair this way) and was charged $500. I will not be calling this company again.

I have used New Flow Plumbing several times now and they are just great! They arrive on time and are very professional. They got everything cleaned up and all is working great. I would highly recommend them!

Jeff showed up with his mask on and safety is appreciated. He had the right tools to get our broken pipe fixed and did an excellent job. The second time we needed their service and will call them again if we need plumbing help.

Fantastic! Jeff came out in just a few hours to put in a new faucet in kitchen. Wore a mask, polite and friendly. Did a great job and I am very happy!

Needed 3 bathroom & 1 kitchen faucet replaced. They were very fast and efficient service. Was very helpful in explaining the what and why of parts that need replacing.
