I searched over 1 month for a licensed, bonded, insured +worker compensation company to dig a trench 65ft, around a tree and under a walkway. So many companies were unskilled, scams, unlicensed, price gougers etc.

I am an over protective homeowner and need things done right, I will hunt for the right person until I find them.

I finally ran across New Flo plumbing! They answered my call the first time, committed to a time to come and confirm the work the next day, performed the job the same day and left everything perfectly as needed. There was one small hiccup I noticed the next morning. I phoned, they came immediately and made the correction. Done!

This is a family business and the RMO was on site doing the work!
So for those that say these types of people do not exist. I am here to tell you that they do!

Our water heater burst today (on a Saturday) and New Flow was readily available to respond. The quote was fair for the type of work. Although they didn't have our same size unit in stock, they were on it by calling their supplier as soon as they open in the morning to get our size replacement unit. Very friendly. Would recommend. Today, I desperately needed a plumber to fix my kitchen sink and garbage disposal. My sink was overflowing and the odor emanating from it was unbearable. I called New Flow Plumbing and Arman arrived at my apartment and assessed the job all within an hour. He was very professional, reasonably priced, and completed the work in a timely manner. I have no complaints. I highly recommend this company and I would call Arman again if I ever need a plumber!
