Our water heater burst today (on a Saturday) and New Flow was readily available to respond. The quote was fair for the type of work. Although they didn't have our same size unit in stock, they were on it by calling their supplier as soon as they open in the morning to get our size replacement unit. Very friendly. Would recommend. Today, I desperately needed a plumber to fix my kitchen sink and garbage disposal. My sink was overflowing and the odor emanating from it was unbearable. I called New Flow Plumbing and Arman arrived at my apartment and assessed the job all within an hour. He was very professional, reasonably priced, and completed the work in a timely manner. I have no complaints. I highly recommend this company and I would call Arman again if I ever need a plumber!

Very impressed. I had a slow leak in my shower column, Armen came out at the appointed time, calling first; he removed the cartridge, went to a couple places to try to find a replacement, but failing that, was able to clean it and reinstall it so the leak stopped. Extremely reasonable price, and Armen is very professional and polite. Business card staying close at hand.

Arman and Armen are awesome and their communication impressed me the most. I called and texted questions beforehand and Arman was so patient and knowledgeable. I called at 5pm and wanted a quote for a new water heater that night and Armen came on a Friday night at 8pm. I was so impressed. Late sunday night, i was giving my 2 young boys a bath and noticed the water couldn't drain all the way in the tub.


At 8am Monday morning, I called New Flow Plumbing, and Armen picked up.  I explained the problem, and he said they would arrive between 10:30 to 11:30 that morning. That was good timing, because I had Lowe's Delivery scheduled for a new Washer + Dryer set to be installed that same morning.  The Lowe's guys arrived at 9am, and weren't able to install the machines because one of they said that my Washing Room Drain Hose was clogged.  I was like, for real?? That's weird, because I never had any water overflowing or moisture damage from this supposedly clogged Drain Hose before.  However, we could see the water level that was resting high inside the hose.  The Lowe's guys stood by their claim that I needed to unclog that Drain Hose before they would install.  I was surprised and disappointed, but figured since a Plumber was coming anyway, I could have him take care of that after the tub.


Anyway, fast forward to shortly after 10am.  Arshak, one of the brothers from New Plumbing arrived early at my home (always a good thing).  He had a friendly attitude and went straight to work on the tub.  Definitely knew what he was doing, and unclogged it quickly with his powered snake. Then I told him about what just occurred in the morning with Lowe's Delivery and the Washing Machine Drain.


He looked at Drain Hose, and tested it for a short bit with his powered snake.  He then quickly realized that whoever installed that Drain Hose (was installed long before I moved into the house), simply installed the very P-Trap high, near the opening of the hose.  So this means that there WASN'T a clog in the Drain Hose, the Lowe's guys simply mis-diagnosed it and didn't recognize that the visible water level was due to it being actually the P-Trap of the hose (water is always present inside any plumbing P-Trap in use, similar to the ones for our kitchen or bath sink).


To prove he knew what he was talking about (and I wouldn't suffer major floor damage later), we poured 2 large jugs of water down that Drain Hose.  Sure enough, the water level stayed the same inside the hose, meaning the Drain Line below was completely clear and not clogged.


Bottom line, Arshak of New Flow Plumbing did his job very well, and I'm appreciative of him being able to recognize the P-Trap situation quickly.  I've had different plumbers do work before, and I could definitely see a less competent plumber screw up the situation or just completely mis-diagnose it (unlike the Lowe's guys, who install countless washing machines throughout their work week but still incorrectly thought I had clogged Drain Hose).  


Friendly and good plumber to boot, I would use them again. New Flow is competitively priced too, especially with the Yelp discount.  Thanks guys.
