Such great service. I highly recommend these guys. I love that this is a family busines as well. Two brothers Armen and Arman. We spoke to Armen on the phone first and he was very patient and helpful. Armen's brother, Arman, came out and he was also great.

My boyfriend and I had a clogged mainline the day after Thanksgiving plus it was after hours. Luckily Arman was able to come out right away. He talked us through everything he was doing. We asked a ton of questions and he was super helpful and patient. Hands down the best plumber experience we've ever had. They didn't try to overcharge us either. I will definitely use them again and recommend to my friends.

Came home from work to a busted sprinkler junction that was flooding the yard. Shutoff was fubar. Found New Flow on Yelp with a slew of five star reviews and was not disappointed.

Armen showed up within twenty minutes, fixed the shutoff so it worked again and water was restored to the house.

While we need to call a landscape irrigation specialist for a bigger repair, Armen is now our local guy and we'll be calling him back for another job we're planning.

24 Hour Service. I called at 0310 and got response within three phone rings. Mr. Armen got to my house within 45 mins and fixed my splurging garden pipeline in just a few minutes. When all the big plumbing businesses said I would have to wait till reasonable working hours hours, newflow came to fix it. Very inexpensive. I am a proud supporter of Family Own Businesses.

Short answer - use them, they are great, inexpensive, very professional and incredibly pleasant.

Arman (or maybe Armen) is great. Told him I had simple job - 1/2 hour. Swapping out kitchen sink faucet. He gave me estimate - lowest of my three calls - and then said he could be there in about 90 minutes. Said he would update me when he would be leaving current job. That is what he did and he showed up exactly when he said.

It was not a simple job. Of course nut was rusted on. Of course. Always. Had to saw it. Arman got quite a work out and it took closer to 90 minutes. I waited to see what the upcharge would be. None! He said he hates quoting a price and then chaining it. I gave him more anyway.

On top of everything - a really calm, positive guy. Will always call them.

Who knew that hot water heaters don't last forever, I found out a few days ago and was told by a friend to call New Flow Plumbing he said he used then before and raved about them. I called and in no time Arman showed up and inspected my hot water heater and found out in had a major leak which ruin the insulation and needed to be replaced. Not only did Arman tell me where to get the cheapest hot water heater, he picked it up also. He installed it in no time and gave me some pointers on how to care for it. Arman not only cares about his company but he cares about his customers as well. I was completely satisfied with the work New Flow Plumbing did for me and is now my new plumbing company, THANKS ARMAN :)

Arman is a dream come true! I had a clogged sink and he was at my door in 30 minutes. My old pipes proved to be a challenge. The clog was deep and one of my 1920's pipes broke in half. He was so sweet, calming, and his price was unbelievably low! Even after being at my house for 4 hours and having to go to the store to get new pipes. I can't recommend these guys enough.

Okay, so I've used these guys twice now. Both times for drain problems. They are two brothers, ... The first time I got one brother, the second time I got the other. Both of these guys are personable, honest, hard working, ... came within hours of my calls and were by far the best priced deal around. I highly recommend these plumbers.
