Very impressed. I had a slow leak in my shower column, Armen came out at the appointed time, calling first; he removed the cartridge, went to a couple places to try to find a replacement, but failing that, was able to clean it and reinstall it so the leak stopped. Extremely reasonable price, and Armen is very professional and polite. Business card staying close at hand.

Arman and Armen are awesome and their communication impressed me the most. I called and texted questions beforehand and Arman was so patient and knowledgeable. I called at 5pm and wanted a quote for a new water heater that night and Armen came on a Friday night at 8pm. I was so impressed. I set up an appointment that following Monday to replace my water heater and Armen showed up 10 mins early and took his time installing my water heater and pan. I will definitely use them again and happy to have found a trustworthy plumber!

Late sunday night, i was giving my 2 young boys a bath and noticed the water couldn't drain all the way in the tub.


At 8am Monday morning, I called New Flow Plumbing, and Armen picked up.  I explained the problem, and he said they would arrive between 10:30 to 11:30 that morning. That was good timing, because I had Lowe's Delivery scheduled for a new Washer + Dryer set to be installed that same morning.  The Lowe's guys arrived at 9am, and weren't able to install the machines because one of they said that my Washing Room Drain Hose was clogged.  I was like, for real?? That's weird, because I never had any water overflowing or moisture damage from this supposedly clogged Drain Hose before.  However, we could see the water level that was resting high inside the hose.  The Lowe's guys stood by their claim that I needed to unclog that Drain Hose before they would install.  I was surprised and disappointed, but figured since a Plumber was coming anyway, I could have him take care of that after the tub.


Anyway, fast forward to shortly after 10am.  Arshak, one of the brothers from New Plumbing arrived early at my home (always a good thing).  He had a friendly attitude and went straight to work on the tub.  Definitely knew what he was doing, and unclogged it quickly with his powered snake. Then I told him about what just occurred in the morning with Lowe's Delivery and the Washing Machine Drain.


He looked at Drain Hose, and tested it for a short bit with his powered snake.  He then quickly realized that whoever installed that Drain Hose (was installed long before I moved into the house), simply installed the very P-Trap high, near the opening of the hose.  So this means that there WASN'T a clog in the Drain Hose, the Lowe's guys simply mis-diagnosed it and didn't recognize that the visible water level was due to it being actually the P-Trap of the hose (water is always present inside any plumbing P-Trap in use, similar to the ones for our kitchen or bath sink).


To prove he knew what he was talking about (and I wouldn't suffer major floor damage later), we poured 2 large jugs of water down that Drain Hose.  Sure enough, the water level stayed the same inside the hose, meaning the Drain Line below was completely clear and not clogged.


Bottom line, Arshak of New Flow Plumbing did his job very well, and I'm appreciative of him being able to recognize the P-Trap situation quickly.  I've had different plumbers do work before, and I could definitely see a less competent plumber screw up the situation or just completely mis-diagnose it (unlike the Lowe's guys, who install countless washing machines throughout their work week but still incorrectly thought I had clogged Drain Hose).  


Friendly and good plumber to boot, I would use them again. New Flow is competitively priced too, especially with the Yelp discount.  Thanks guys.

Our first impression was good when we were in a bind with an inspection period on a new home purchase about to run out and Armen came the same day to come take a look for us and let us know what we were in for. When we finally closed on the home, Arman took over as primary contact and was very accessible for scheduling the job with us. He also worked with me through a complication in the permit process with my municipality that required us to cut the sidewalk and repour it instead of just working under the sidewalk. I was worried about this extra step adding a huge cost to the job, but they were willing to work with me to get things done within my budget.

Overall, I found them very professional and courteous, and I feel confident that the plumbing system in my new home is going to work great for a long time. If there ever is a problem, New Flow will surely be the plumbers receiving my call.

I had to get my sewer line replaced (which is a big job) and my dad had called another company who gave him a quote over the phone and when they arrived (late), they wanted more money, just to survey the work! So luckily, we then called Arman, who came the same day and gave us a fair quote and diagnosis.

He and his team showed up the next business day for the job. Arman talked me through every step and showed me updates as the process was moving along. He and his team were friendly and professional and they even finished a little bit ahead of schedule!

I am so glad we found them and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for trustworthy and professional work!

If you want the job done right from a plumber who is communicative and timely, Arman from New Flow Plumbing is your guy. I called half a dozen plumbers on a Sunday afternoon and got turned down every time. Arman responded quickly and stayed to make sure the job was completed. I live in a condominium and turning the water off is a big deal because it inconveniences not just one owner, but many. Arman systematically deduced where the problem was coming from and set to work. The water was out for only 2 hours. I highly recommend the brothers from New Flow. They are men of good character.

I had several appointments today and the last thing I wanted was to see was grey water coming up in the shower and tub :( We had the window cleaners coming at 8am, our twice a month cleaning service was coming at 9am..... and we had a drainage problem!! I called New Flow Plumbing and was told they would be here in 45 min or less! I couldn't believe it! The problem is solved. I was given options that would make problems down the line easier. Our house is 77 years old, well taken care of but we have cast iron drainage pipes, etc, etc. There was no hard sell. Just honest info. (which we had already heard from our house inspector when we bought this house 6 months ago). We love to support family owned businesses, and this is a family you can trust. Good work, good price and above all.. honest . We have found another branch of our home maintenance family :)
