Lightning fast responsiveness and communication! We had a leaking ceiling emergency and we got a call from Eduardo literally within minutes of reaching out, on a Friday night! He was punctual and easy to talk with on the phone, but also in person.

He came the next day and opened up the ceiling, quickly diagnosed the leak, and immediately got to work with replacement parts that day. He replaced the pipes that were loose and cleaned up afterwards.

For the communication and explanation, Eduardo is top notch. The price was a little higher than we were expecting, but the quick responsiveness and convenience were worth it, versus other slower general plumbers.

When I called plumbers to perform multiple tasks at home, many were unbelievably overpriced. These guys seem to think everyone they talk to don't understand anything about plumbing. When I finally contacted Eduardo from New Era Rooter, he didn't only call back on time, but offered a fair and reasonable rate. In addition, he did additional work such as installing the sink faucet and washing machine hoses with a little extra charge. Kevin who did the work kept to his tasks and got the job done right. Eduardo at New Era is the best! He showed up Sunday morning to fix a clogged drain after another plumber had given up after four hours of work the previous day. Eduardo figured out the problem, told me about some quirks in the plumbing of my very old house, and fixed it in thirty minutes. He is nice, responsive, neat and knows his stuff. Super grateful!
