I had hired New Era Rooter & Plumbing to clear a really bad blocked drain on the main line. Upon inspection, they offered me options. Later they discovered that my plumbing was in bad shape and recommended that I replace the entire thing. I gave them the job and they got the entire work completed within a week at a very reasonable price. I was very impressed with their work and I highly recommend them to anyone having plumbing issues. The owner is very understanding and is willing to work with the customer to make sure that both the parties are happy at the end of the day.

A contractor is no better that the person actually doing the work. Here, a reasonable person arrived promptly, discussed the job and we agreed on a price. He came back over an hour later and dropped off another individual, who did the actual work. That gentleman damaged one of my hoses, and installed another one improperly. The first person came back and offered to fix my leaking hose for $150 the next day. I fixed it myself for $11. The next day, my tenant said he couldn't use the spray hose. I had to go take a look and saw that the dishwasher hose was threaded through the sprayer, preventing it from moving.

The manager called me afterwards to sincerely apologize. While most of there work looked great, they needed more supervision of this employee.
