A contractor is no better that the person actually doing the work. Here, a reasonable person arrived promptly, discussed the job and we agreed on a price. He came back over an hour later and dropped off another individual, who did the actual work. That gentleman damaged one of my hoses, and installed another one improperly. The first person came back and offered to fix my leaking hose for $150 the next day. I fixed it myself for $11. The next day, my tenant said he couldn't use the spray hose. I had to go take a look and saw that the dishwasher hose was threaded through the sprayer, preventing it from moving.

The manager called me afterwards to sincerely apologize. While most of there work looked great, they needed more supervision of this employee.

Free inspection was provided and they showed me the pics of drainage pipes in the crawl space. The clog I had could be solved temporarily by running a snake, but he explained the fundamental issues. I had the clogging pipe issues more than a couple of times in the past, so I wanted to know the reason. In a sense,it was an up-sale, but he gave me a choice and good price to update my aged sewage pipes to meet the current codes. I am happy with the service, hard working staff and the price. Thanks.

Arturo and his colleague came in, assessed the issue (for free by the way) and told me within 10 minutes how to fix the problem.

They gave me a few options and never felt pressured to decide one way or another. They are honest, quick to work, and very dependable. Once they got to work they finished the job and also cleaned up their mess without me telling them to. Arturo went above and beyond the call of duty.

Eduardo, is a savior. I contacted him twice and he always came through with the task at hand. He first replaced my main piping in our front of the house. And recently our water heater had a faulty issue. Which needed a new honeywell kit. If you need any assistance don't hesitate to contact Eduardo!
