Hi, I’m Sal, the founder. I began my plumbing career at 19, initially as an apprentice, progressing to technician, manager, and ultimately owner. I know the intricacies of plumbing, such as pressure challenges, deceitful practices, and falsehoods that I once unknowingly encountered. It took time, but I realized I could assist customers by exposing the facts about their plumbing challenges. I serve as a second opinion contractor, or contact me first to avoid the stress. Here’s a brief overview of my plumbing background. You will see that I have worked for some of the largest plumbing companies, including Mr. Rooter, where I collaborated with Bill, the owner, and two other employees to grow it into one of the largest franchises in the country.
I commenced my career as a plumbing helper at Rescue Rooter in 1999.
I worked as a plumber and technician at Mr. Rooter from 2000 to 2001.
I worked as the Plumber Field Manager at Mr. Rooter from 2001 to 2004.
I served as a plumbing supervisor and business partner for John's Plumbing from 2004 to 2006.
Since 2006, I have owned and operated New Era Plumbing in California and Plumbing Doctors LV.
