Hi, I’m Sal, the founder. I started my journey in plumbing when I was 19, first as an apprentice, then as a technician, manager, and now as the owner. I know the intricacies of plumbing, like pressure concerns, fraudulent tactics, and untruths that I experienced during my career. Here’s a brief overview of my plumbing background. You’ll notice my experience with leading plumbing companies, like Mr. Rooter, where I worked alongside Bill, the owner, and a few others to develop it into a leading franchise across the country.
I started as a plumber's helper at Rescue Rooter in 1999.
I was employed as a plumber and technician at Mr. Rooter between 2000 and 2001.
I held the position of Plumber Field Manager for Mr. Rooter from 2001 to 2004.
I served as a plumbing supervisor and business partner for John's Plumbing from 2004 to 2006.
I have been the owner and master plumber for New Era Plumbing in California and Plumbing Doctors LV since 2006.
