Greetings, I’m Sal, the proprietor. I entered the plumbing field at the age of 19, first as an apprentice, then as a technician, manager, and now as the owner. I understand the complexities of plumbing, such as pressure challenges, deceitful practices, and falsehoods that I experienced during my career. It took time, but I realized I could assist customers by clarifying the real issues with their plumbing. This is my plumbing biography. You will see that I have worked for some of the largest plumbing companies, including Mr. Rooter, where I collaborated with Bill, the owner, and two other employees to grow it into one of the largest franchises in the country.
My journey began as a plumbing assistant at Rescue Rooter in 1999.
From 2000 to 2001, I served as a plumber and technician at Mr. Rooter.
I held the position of Plumber Field Manager for Mr. Rooter from 2001 to 2004.
I was a plumbing supervisor and business partner at John's Plumbing from 2004 to 2006.
I have served as the owner and master plumber for New Era Plumbing in California and Plumbing Doctors LV since 2006.
