The problems with home ownership :(. I've had 3 plumbing problems this past year. My previous plumbing problem, while the job was done correctly, I know the plumber was way over priced because he exaggerated the problem and pushed for more than I really needed. (I felt pressured by them so I took my review down from yelp)

The problem now was a wet spot near my drive way so I suspected a leak. I didn't trust the previous plumber so I went on a new search for a reliable plumber. New Age Plumbing was the only place that had a human answer my call and he said he could be out this afternoon to take a look and give an estimate.

He gave me a verbal estimate on the spot, so I said okay. But as he dug deeper it looked like the leak was under the driveway. He told me it doesn't look good and showed me where the water was leaking and it appeared to come from under the driveway, but he wanted to take a closer look. He started to dig under the driveway and discovered it was just under the edge of the driveway so he wouldn't have to remove a section of the driveway! Anyhow I appreciate his honestly and his diligence of digging under the driveway part way to find the actual location of the leak. He didn't try to up sell anything. Total contrast to the previous plumber I had.

They did a good job replacing some leaking pipes but there were two things that irked me. 1. He refused to show me a receipt for the parts he bought and was even angry I asked and 2. They didn't clean up the debris afterwards.

My kitchen drain was blocked up last weekend and they send someone to fix it same day. Worked good, they did the job, didn't add price or turned it into bigger problem, charged $85 and wee out in 20 min after snaking and cleaning the blockage. Will definitely use them again, I hope I won't need them but if I have to.

I found New Age Plumbing a few years back on Yelp. Fast forward to today, and I have Primo as a contact on my phone. He is the first one I call when I have an emergency. They are good people, do good work, and are reasonably priced.

Since moving into the neighborhood a few years ago, I have called rimo/New Age Plumbing for my household plumbing issues. He has changed out faucets, fixed leaky toilets, etc. He picks up calls (I hate voice mail or answering services), is reliable and fairly priced. He is also close by so that probably helps.

Primo is the BEST. he is kind, fair, and always there to help. last month, two of my showers were dripping constantly even with the water turned off for hours. Primo was able to come the next day, figure out what parts to get and came back to fix it as soon as his schedule allowed. today we noticed our toilet was leaking through the ceiling and called Primo to help. he came later in the evening and fixed our toilet's wax seal and also diagnosed a future problem we will run into. can't say thank you enough!

This company is top notch. We have used several plumbers over the years but Primo and his team always show up on time are completely professiomal and have very reasonable prices. Omg I can't thank Primo and his company enough. I had a major pipe break under my home and it's been leaking my water bill jumped from $52 to $152.00. Also kept hearing water noise. Thought it was my toilet so I replaced the valve on my own and I still heard the noise. So I was pretty sure something bigger just didn't know where. Primo came by gave me estimate. I asked if he can do it today. He said let me check the truck if I got the parts. Sure enough he had the parts. He went into the crawl space under the house. Was able to see the leak and repair it. Now I won't be getting charged and more damage to the house. No one has ever had more plumbers and plumbing work like I have and they all crooks except honest and friendly Primo. I guarantee I will use him always and refer all my family to him as well. Whoever put a one star must be a competitor or just someone having s bad day. If I can give 10 stars I would.
