I started using New Age in 2021 and have been very pleased with their work. Primo or his son Brian have come as soon as possible. A couple of weeks ago I started having a problem with my water filtration system. Brian fixed it but it stopped working. Primo came out to review and see if he would get it working. I am impressed by their work ethic and determination to serve their customers. I would recommend New Age and these 2 plumbers.

I opened the water-heater closest to find it wet and moldy. I called Primo (the owner) at 8:30am and the job was taken care by his son Brian by 11:15am. They are a family owned business who do excellent work quickly... And they are reasonably priced! I really appreciate them.
If you have any plumbing needs, I can't recommend New Ago Plumbing highly enough.

Came home from vacation to find a giant puddle under my house and water pouring out from under my crawl space. Called a few places in the El Segundo area but no one could come out for 24 hrs. Then I called Primo at New Age Plumbing. On a Saturday at 4pm he was at my house in 15 min. Friendly, thorough, and skilled, he assessed the problem and figured out a solution in an hour. This guy is amazing! I can not recommend him highly enough. Price was more than fair, to the point where I felt bad not paying him more. So happy to have found a reliable plumber so close to my area.

Thank you guys so much. Saturday afternoon, in a bing, 4 kids and the kitchen sink backs up. Crap. Snake the drain, pressure wash the clean out, give it all I got for the DIYer. Hook the sink back up, uh oh, cracked pipe leaking everywhere. These guys came out to me after hours for the last call of the day. Absolutely came through for a busy house, replaced the broken pipe and saved the day. The price was super great for a weekend end of day call, plus a tip on top, thank you guys so much! A+ service.

The problems with home ownership :(. I've had 3 plumbing problems this past year. My previous plumbing problem, while the job was done correctly, I know the plumber was way over priced because he exaggerated the problem and pushed for more than I really needed. (I felt pressured by them so I took my review down from yelp)

The problem now was a wet spot near my drive way so I suspected a leak. I didn't trust the previous plumber so I went on a new search for a reliable plumber. New Age Plumbing was the only place that had a human answer my call and he said he could be out this afternoon to take a look and give an estimate.

He gave me a verbal estimate on the spot, so I said okay. But as he dug deeper it looked like the leak was under the driveway. He told me it doesn't look good and showed me where the water was leaking and it appeared to come from under the driveway, but he wanted to take a closer look. He started to dig under the driveway and discovered it was just under the edge of the driveway so he wouldn't have to remove a section of the driveway! Anyhow I appreciate his honestly and his diligence of digging under the driveway part way to find the actual location of the leak. He didn't try to up sell anything. Total contrast to the previous plumber I had.

They did a good job replacing some leaking pipes but there were two things that irked me. 1. He refused to show me a receipt for the parts he bought and was even angry I asked and 2. They didn't clean up the debris afterwards.
